It was a cash sale for a business so it was supposed to be discounted but being a "dumb girl" it wasn't. I will never do business there again, and will discourage everyone i know to do the same.

We asked the cashier to see if he could help, but when he couldn't figure it out either, he got his supervisor to step in. We went through 3 pairs of wipers before we found one that worked. The O'Reilly's team was very pleasant and had a positive attitude through the whole process. What could have been a painful experience ended up being not so bad with these guys making sure we were thoroughly satisfied with our purchase. So I told myself if I can start the car this morning I'm going to drive straight to AutoZone to get a new battery! So here I am ... I did not know which battery to choose from but from what's in stock I got something for two years warranty which sounds fine for me. It took him a while to unplug my old battery either it's too old or froze together...however he finally got it done! After that, I never had to worry driving short distances inside the city ... that was such a peace of mind! They had the parts in stock. I spent a lot of money here in parts. They lent me the scan tool and printed out my trouble codes. They also showed me how to clear the codes when I finished. The interior was well kept, and the front parking lot was clean. I normally buy my parts via Rock auto but when I'm in a pinch I tend to go to O'Relly's vs Auto Zone.
