The Best Fast Food style restaurant I have ever been to and I have been to them all. It's like Chik Fil-A on Steroids but so much Better. The Chicken sandwiches are bigger, fresher, and juicier. The strips are nicely seasoned and tasty. Great selection of drinks, along with 3 diff kinds of ice tea/green tea. My favorite is the Grilled Chick Salad with Craisans, Candy walnuts, Tomatoes, a heaping amount of Grilled Chicken and low fat Fiesta Vinigarette. My Mom loves the Grilled Chick Sammy with Coleslaw which has blueberries in it, very nice touch. They just got free Wifi, the place is the cleanest restaurant I have seen, the quality has been the same as I have been there 30 times, and the staff and management are very friendly. Great Family restaurant, kid friendly, comfortable seating, fast service, perfect quality, incredibly clean, decent prices and very friendly staff. Im a picky eater and love healthy eating and their salads are quite healthy. I live down the street from this place and have been to the one in West Palm and its identical in everything I said. First off, the quality of food is always great. Second, son loved the grilled chicken tenders. Third, and most important, the service was great. As I was leaving it began to pour. I was planning on just walking to my car with my son in the rain. As I walked out the door, the manager, Kendall, came running out behind me to offer an umbrella to walk my son to the car so he didn't get wet. I was absolutely thrilled that he offered this. I was really impressed by this place. It's fast food but it is really fresh tasting. I got the 3 chicken tenders and fries and it was quite filling. They even have a hand washing station and that soda machine where you can choose different syrups for sprite, coke, etc. The prices are fair too. I definitely will be back. read more

I don't know how the order takers can hear over the music and T.V.s plus due to it's "clean lines" all the chatter and talking bounces off the walls. 2. The last few times that we have been there we find that the order takes like to talk over you as you place your order. Not right. Let the customer speak. 3. We noticed today that the price has stayed the same but the serving size has gotten down. Just a subtle way that restaurants raise prices without telling the consumer. Sure, it is still healthier than most of the stuff out there. But I don't like paying good money and coming out hungry. read more

"People Dedicated to Quality" I think not. A few months ago I would have gave PDQ a better review, but as of right now PDQ has gone down hill. First of all, their french fries used to be so good and every time I would get them they would be cooked to perfection, now they are just way to stail and over salted; due to too much salt your body can suffer from edma, high blood pressure, dihydration, and calcium loss. Secondly I have a daughter that is a vegetarian due to health issues and I asked the cashier if they could make the mediterranean salad without the chicken and her responce was that the cheifs could do that; when I recivied the salad to bring to my daughter it was filled with chicken and just lettuce there was not any hummus, tomattos, fetta cheese, etc that the menu had printed on it. Also the new technique for cooking the chicken nuggets is not working. The last four times I've ordered the chicken nuggets the breading on the outside has been soggy and not cooked all the way through, I mean who wants soggy chicken? I'm disapointed that PDQ is not as good a it used to be and I hope that one day they will turn things around. read more

This PDQ operates nothing like the one on Okeechobee. The cashier staff was extremely rude. 3 young girls could not have cared less for the guests in line, two were giggling together while in the middle of my order. You would never see this at chic filet. Poor training and no supervision. I'll drive 15 miles before I come back to this location. read more

My husband, myself, and one of our sons ate here for the first time a few days ago. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Chicken sandwich and tenders were good, not greasy. My grilled chicken salad was freshly made and it was HUGE. I took some of it home to eat later. The fries were crisp and not soggy. Service was excellent from beginning to end. When we got inside there was a line. Immediately another cashier came up and opened another register. Employees asked if we needed catsup, napkins, and so forth while we were eating. They took away any trays or trash at the table. Another employee came around with samples of lemonade. The only downside was that the milkshake wasn't all that great. It was okay but I probably wouldn't order another if I return. (which I hope I will!) I also liked the dining room with its large, airy windows. Thank you for holding the fund raiser for our church. I stopped in here with the family on the way to a concert at Cruzan Ampitheater. Based on the reviews, I was expecting something great. Like Chik-Filet Great, or better.. My Wife and I ordered Grilled Chicken sandwiches, and my Daughter a Fried Chicken sandwich. All I can say is the chicken had a "WEIRD" taste to it. My Wife's chicken and my Daughter's had this "WEIRD" taste to it too. I don't know what it was.... But is was gross. The fries were shoestring, and slightly greasy. We really like PDQ. The chicken is delicious. We like them regular and grilled. The sauces are fantastic and you can get any ones you want. I always get the zucchini fries which is a large portion and really good. The prices are fair, the quality is great, and the place is very clean. Ate at PDQ for the first time today and it lives up to the hype! VERY Busy at 1:00pm on a Saturday Afternoon but the line moved amazingly fast, food came out quick and was fresh and hot! I ordered a Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad. Which hit the spot for me. I love a Chicken Caesar and their dressing is REALLY traditional / authentic (i.e. Thick, rich, garlicky with a distinct anchovy taste) So if Kraft Ceasar Salad Dressing is your idea of a Cesar Salad this probably isn't for you! On the other hand if you are someone who likes the real deal that you normally pay $25. for at high end restaurants........You will be delighted at how close this comes! Also, their home made croutons are DELICIOUS! They appear to be made from their sweet Brioche buns they serve the sandwiches on. But, no matter what their made from they're fantastic! The Mrs had a 3 piece Honey marinated Chicken Tender Meal with fries. She got the sweet Siracha sauce which we both really liked. It had a hint of a kick without being too spicy to enjoy. She also really liked their thin, natural fries. If you don't care for fries you also have the choice of their blueberry coleslaw. PDQ is really awesome. This was my second time eating here and I am very impressed. I got the 3 piece tender meal with fries and the low fat fiesta sauce. Very filling and the sauce was tangy and I can pinpoint the flavor but I really enjoyed it. My boyfriend got the 5 piece tender meal with fries as well with the buffalo bleu sauce and honey bbq. I didn't get to try the buffalo bleu but I did try the honey bbq. It was sweet and smokey. I didn't really like it but I couldn't stop using it. So I guess I did secretly like it. My boyfriend really enjoyed the buffalo bleu. I like that they have a variety of sauces. There's so many to choose from. The employees are very pleasant as well and even in the drive-thru they ask your name for your order. They also label your drinks for you if you get different ones. The inside of the restaurant, is light in color with an open, contemporary feel. The staff is always welcoming and helpful. You order up at the counter and then get your drinks, and sit down to wait for you food, which doesn't take long. They have a nice variety of dipping sauces they offer, to go with your meal, and you can choose as many as you want. They specialize in fried chicken,not on the bone, but tenders,nuggets, and sandwiches. The chicken is always hot,fresh,and perfectly crispy. They use real chicken breast,never chicken parts, like other fast food establishments. I really enjoy the fries also,which are always perfectly seasoned, in my opinion. This was my first time here. The restaurant was extremely clean and the employees were nice and offered quick service. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and a "fresh" lemonade. The sandwich was very good but the lemonade tasted horrible. I added some sugar hoping that would help but nothing would fix the very odd and extremely sour taste.. I just dumped it and got a coke, even though the lemonade was about 40 cents more. I was happy to see that I could actually get a raspberry coke!
