Never tried PDQ until recently! This location is clean and offers indoor as well as outdoor seating. My husband really likes the Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich. I tried the spicy chicken sandwich that had good flavor and wasn't too spicy. The waffle fries are very good and crispy! Each combo is less than $7. You definitely want to try their milkshakes! The peanut butter one is soo good! The restaurant has good music playing and the food is served fast! My only critique would be their tea at this location. The sweet tea was not sweet at all. I don't know if they forgot to add the sugar or if the person making it didn't know how much sugar to add. Otherwise a pleasant dining experience. read more

We've been driving from Orlando for several years to get our PDQ fix. My wife had their Mediterranean salad, which was excellent! I had waffle fries, fried chicken breast with tomato, and a Lettice sandwich. As I bit into the chicken meat, I knew it was different, it wanted to stop me from biting into it. It was chewier and had less of a chicken flavor. Even looking at the meat you could see small layers of material. I asked if it was imitation meat, but they weren't sure. Though gave me a free fried chicken strip sandwich to replace it. I took what was left of the imitation meat home to see if my dog would happily eat it. Update: Tiny pieces of waffle fries with even tinier chicken nuggets. I did not complain. Sauces I had requested were missing from the tray. Again, I did not complain, just returned to the counter to politely request them. I knew the place was busy and mistakes happen. Friendly employees, great food, accurate orders, clean tables/counters/drink fountains/etc! Just be aware that they are frequently busy on specific days and times (service is still fast), but seating can be hard to find (I think that's kind of a compliment to how good the place is though) read more

Stood for 20 minutes for on line order. Finally, I asked if they got my order. The manager, Jessica, said that I didn't ask for it. It was stashed on a shelf behind the cashier. I guess out of sight, out of mine. No one called my name or asked me what I needed....and by this time I was the only one standing at the pick up area. Poor customer service. read more

MGR not a good fit for problem solving. IHad reserved their bogo 12 get 12 super bowl ad. Ordered online. Went to pick up and they didn't have my order. Since it wasn't prepaid. The order process didn't offer me that option and how was I supposed to know that was the case. The process did give me a pick up scan code which I showed MGR. but that wasn't what I needed. I wasn't on his list " so no strips for you". He offered to sell me 48 strips at full price. What a guy! So with people at home waiting I did a really smart thing. Drove across parking lot to PUBLIX and the were glad to sell me my chicken strips for 33.00. And they were fresh and hot!!! Will not go back to PDQ or recommend. APP OFF!!! read more

Like all PDQs, expect to be in delicious chicken heaven. They have the most succulent and freshest chicken tenders known to humanity. Well, maybe I'm exaggerating a bit, but it is some of the best chicken I have ever eaten. Don't forget, you have to take into account that this place is actually a "fast food" joint - but unlike any other. The first thing you'll notice when walking in, is its cleanliness. Unlike any other fast food restaurants, this place is immaculate. The tables, chairs, booths, and condiment station are all well maintained. They even have a cool hand washing station (standard in all PDQs) in the dining area for kids and adults alike - hygiene is important after all. You order at the counter and wait for your name to be called over the PA. THE FOOD: I don't think I have ever had anything that I didn't like at PDQ. I'm not even a fan of salad, and they even make that look tasty to me. The chicken sandwiches are also super tasty, and you can expect the same great quality chicken as their chicken tenders. My favorite thing to order is definitely the 5 piece chicken tender meal which also comes with fries and a drink. It's an awesome deal, plus you get to choose from a variety of dipping sauces. All their sauces are unique so I recommend trying a few and finding one you like. They don't charge or even give you a stink eye if you ask for any additional sauces. Truly a place where there are People Dedicated to Quality (PDQ). I can't wait to repeat. read more

New food establishment which is clean inside and out. This place clearly takes pride in its facility as well as the packaging for TOGO orders. Everyone knows that when you get a TOGO order that is piping hot, somewhere along the drive home, the meat steams the buns and then you have soggy buns covering meat, not to mention limp French fries. PDQ thought about that--There are 8 holes in its sandwich box to vent the steam so it helps to keep soggy buns away. The Cali Club with its grilled chicken on a brioche bun topped with creamy avocado and crispy bacon and garden fresh lettuce and tomatoes is our favorite. The grilled chicken salad with added bacon and avocado tossed in a blueberry ginger dressing was pretty darned good also if you are not eating bread. The zucchini fries are also crispy and delicious-- we didn't chance this one by getting it TOGO; instead, we dipped the hot, crispy zucchini fries in ranch dressing. Bottomless home brewed tea to wet your whistle- yes, please! Clean dining room & restrooms and lots of parking to accommodate large groups. Meals are affordably priced. I'm a grilled chicken health nut. Staying in the villages on a work assignment. Had lunch here yesterday after reading other yelpers reviews... I must say, while 5 grilled tenders are loaded with 49 grams of protein, they tasted seasoned full of sodium. After seeing the nutrition of these babies, sodium was over 1400..yikes!! Similar in taste and service to Chick-fil-A, but a little pricier. Had the crispy blue chicken sandwich w/ fried zucchini fries and a lemonade. Enjoyed the sandwich and lemonade, but the Zucchini fries are just too soggy from the grease. Hope they can figure out a way to fix them and make them crispier cause they have a good flavor. They have a good selection of different sauces, they keep them behind the counter so you have to ask for them. Will continue to visit for the chicken and lemonade. Iced teas are good too. read more

Ordered the burger and fries. They were boring and bland. Frankly, McDonalds has more flavor and tastes better. I tried the zucchini fries at another visit. They tasted good, but were mushy and greasy. I really wanted to like this place, which is why I went back a second time, but no luck.
