For a fast food joint this place is great. They have a nice menu selection. The staff was friendly and the food was scorching hot. I had buffalo chicken sandwiches with fries and chicken strips. If you order chicken strips or a sandwich you must try their ranch, so good thinking about it makes my mouth water. If you are in the area and need something quick it's a great option. I really like this place as it is a good alternative to Chick Fil A across the street, but this place has way better parking and is not as crowded and is more quiet. I really love the crispy 4 tender meal with fries and a soda and the chicken strips are really good. I also like the Cali Club Chicken sandwich - grilled chicken served on brioche bun with ranch, crispy bacon, avocado, lettuce and tomato. The amazing thing is the avacado is always fresh and that is a nice option. The restaurant is mega clean, has great seating, freestyle Coke machines, and as I said, has lots of great parking. Although you may wonder why I am making a big deal about parking, just try to find a free spot at Chick Fil A down the block. read more

First time trying PDQ. Love love love the salad. Great chicken. Needed a bit of seasoning. But the dressing made up for that.

After a relaxing beach day my daughter and I decided to grab dinner at this location on Federal Hwy. This is one of my favorite fast food places. The PDQ stands for people dedicated to quality. There aren't too many around so since I only get to eat here once in a while I never get tired of it. I love the crispy chicken salad with honey mustard dressing. The salad is huge and all of the vegetables are always super fresh. My daughter usually gets the tender meal and the hubby is a fan of the California Club. They had a special banana oreo shake on the menu so I bought my daughter one as a treat. She declared it delicious. To shake things up a bit we tried the zucchini fries. I wasn't a fan, too bland. That item has been the only miss on the menu for me so far. In addition to the yummy food they have the coke freestyle machine that is so popular now making for endless combinations of drinks. There is a Chick-fil-A close to this location and I prefer the chicken at PDQ. I just wish there was a location closer to where I live. read more

As a regular here, it's sad to see that PDQ only has an average of 3 and a half stars. The chicken is so fresh, the fries are hand-cut and the service is lightning fast. A solid menu including sandwiches, salads, shakes, cookies and slaw. They also offer their own soda named "Cheer Wine" (non-alcoholic). I think PDQ deserves a 4 star average because when taking the interior, quality of food and customer service in consideration, it doesn't get much better in the fast-food world. Enjoy a nice, comfortable eating environment, a hand-shower, complimentary umbrellas and that hot sauce with the old lady on it that people like here at PDQ, where fried chicken dreams are made! read more

I feel bad giving this place three stars because all of the people were so nice and it was super clean and comfortable layout, but the taste of the items we had are not what we hoped for... My wife got the chicken caesar, I got the grilled chicken sandwich and the kids got the crispy kids meals. The grilled chicken on the salad was flavored with a dry seasoning that was not all that flavorful. The salad was pretty standard. My son said the tenders were good, but not the best he had. My wife and I tried a bite and both agreed that they lacked flavor. Especially when you can have amazing chicken tenders at publix or chick-fil-a just down the road. My grilled chicken sandwich was pretty bland. The fries we all agreed were good and the sauces we tried also very fresh and tasty, but overall the chicken had us disappointed. PDQ is a welcome addition to the fast food market. I travel for work often so my first experience with PDQ was inNorth Carolina. It was so delicious I had to check for the Florida locations. Odd enough - they started in Florida! Who knew... Food: chicken is fresh and hand breaded. Reminds me of the tenders my mom made me as a kid. The fries are delicious with just the right amount of salt. The apple slices with toffee dip are amazing!! You should stop and give it a try. read more

I've come to this PDQ for as long as I can remember . The quality has gone down sadly. Today on my lunch break I got a chicken sandwich with avocado and the avocado was super brown. It looked like it had been sitting out for a day or 2. They chicken was really soggy . I ended up throwing half my lunch away. I work down the street and this is one of my to go to spots it's sad that the quality has changed. I don't know if it's the new management or what but just something that needs to be addressed. read more

If you're looking for fat saturated, overly greased and breaded gut bombs, this is NOT the place for you. That having been said; if you're looking for fresh, white-meat chicken strips with some of the most delicious dipping sauces that won't leave you feeling like you did something wrong to your body after the meal, this IS the place for you. I've been frequenting this location since they opened a few months ago and have never been disappointed. The facility is always spot less, the staff is always sunny and personable, and the food comes out quickly. (I love the call out system they use to let you know its ready.) Stop by, have a 5 piece with some fries, and you'll thank me when you've finished wiping your mouth. (The sweet heat sauce is the BEST!!!) My kids are TOTALLY hooked on PDQ, too!!! read more

First of all I ordered a honey butter chicken sandwich meal and received chicken tenders. Secondly the person at the pickup window is apparently unfamiliar with common curtesy as I wasn't greeted at any point of the transaction. PDQ's menu has changed significantly and even after giving them a shot, I am never pleased with the service and food that I receive when going to this location. The workers are young kids that have little work ethic. The manager is the ringmaster of the circus seems as though it's a norm. What drew me to write this review is the $9.99 12 pc nugget meal that taste so disgusting that I would like a refund. The chicken was burnt and taste so awful. Go for the chicken tenders, stay for the cookies and shakes. The tenders are hand battered daily in house, and fried to order. They come out hot, and juicy. The sauces are amazing, highlights are the ranch( has that creamy delicious flavor similar to Outback restaurant's version), and the Chipotle BBQ, a little kick with lots of smokey barbecue flavor. As for the cookies cookies, my fave is the cranapple-oatmeal, before you leave, get the Oreo shake. It's rich, and decadent, with little chunks of Oreo pieces. read more

I have heard about PFQ last year and have been meaning to try it. The reviews seemed good so we drove from Boca to this location with the kids. It was a big disappointment. First of all - it we really dirty! The garbages were overflowing. There was ketchup all over the condiment area, and the tables weren't wiped down. We had to wipe down our own table. My sandwich - the honey butter was inedible rubbery chicken. I couldn't eat it. The kids has chicken tenders and those were better. When someone came over to deliver the tenders - I told her my sandwich wasn't good and she said they've been having some issues with the chicken. So I guess I got a bad piece?? So much for people dedicated to quality. More like people dedicated to garbage and sub par food. Save your time and go to chick filet - it's much better. I will say the banana ores shake was good but the chocolate peanut butter was just ok. read more

Very good experience with this place. Service was super friendly and inviting and the place was clean and well maintained. Chicken tenders were crispy on outside and juicy on the Inside. I got the heath shake and no joke one of the best shakes I have had. I like that they have multiple sauce options but not too many where it's overwhelming. Great experience here for my first time. Only thing that I can say that needs improvement were the fries could have been cooked a little more but then again that's more of a preference. read more

Not sure why but the food quality and service have both gone way down. I had a grilled turkey that looked spoiled, tasted bad and didn't smell right. Fries seem like they were sitting for a long time as they didn't taste fresh and were really greasy. The place wasn't crowded and they had 7 employees working yet they still messed people's orders up and weren't even calling names so you had to guess what food was yours. I got salmonella poisoning from this restaurant. I really don't know what else to say, I missed over a week of work. I spent 2 days fully admitted to the hospital. I lost 15 pounds. I was so dehydrated because I couldn't keep liquids down that I was put on intravenous liquids. I was on medication for the painful stomach cramps, antibiotics for the infection and nausea medicine. I still have nausea symptoms 3 weeks later. It was the sickest I've ever been in my entire life. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend this. read more

PDQ may be People Dedicated to Quality but they are actually dedicated to their customers. I stopped in because I wanted to try one of their salads and I also wanted to try the Coca Cola machine. I chose the berry for my soda and it's really good not too sweet and very carbonated which I like. Deana was my cashier. She greeted me with a huge smile and we had to laugh because we're about the same height except for she's an inch taller than I am. I wasn't very sure what the combo meals included and she took the time to explain everything to me along with a suggestion for the new California chicken club sandwich. As I said I decided upon the chicken tender salad with the blueberry vinaigrette dressing. I absolutely loved their tenders the first time I ate here so I really wanted something that included them and I'm trying to eat healthy so that's why I ordered the salad. The store is super clean, very nicely air conditioned, is not loud or echoy and my order was made with in 4 minutes. I had to try and figure out the soda machine and before I had my soda poured my food was on the counter. The chicken tender salad is enormous and the blueberry vinaigrette dressing is really delicious. The salad includes cut up chicken tenders, sliced toasted almonds, craisins, sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes, red cabbage and iceberg lettuce. I absolutely love the dressing and the toasted almond slices and the cabbage a lot in this salad. Deana had customers that were behind me that knew her by name and she has a great personality and huge smile on her face at all times. So did everyone who was in the kitchen area as they said thank you when I was getting my salad combo meal. This salad is really terrific!!! I would recommend this to anyone!! My husband and I come to this PDQ at least twice a week for lunch!! We love it. It has become our little tradition. We have tried the fries, tater tots, bowls, sandwiches, tenders and they never disappoint. The staff there is amazing. Especially our wonderful Ms. Patty!! She always greets us with a smile and hello. Abigail is great too! We go for dinner sometimes too and we love our girl Suzi!!! The food is always fresh, always hot, always great! The sauces are awesome too. My go to is honey mustard, ranch, or honey BBQ. The tots and tenders are my favorite. I have nothing but great things to say about this PDQ. Keep it up! read more
