I ordered the Hungry Man burrito, which I've had before and already knew I liked. Chicken, avocado, cheese... simple, filling and good. Then we built a plate from the prepared foods. We got salmon, sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and squash. And let me tell you about this squash... I DO NOT EAT SQUASH. Apparently I do now. It was so flavorful that I kept going back for more. I genuinely walked out of Living Green thinking, "Okay... maybe I actually like squash." The Brussels sprouts were also amazing, the salmon was good, and the sweet potatoes were delicious.
