It was the first time I spoke to an investigator that, gave me a very clear picture, of the steps they would take. It felt organized in my head. It made sense. So I wanted to hire them. I filled out the request for an investigation form. On a Friday. I got a response almost immediately. To sign the formal agreement, that they will be investigating for me. As well as an NDA, and payment. And everything had to be done by 12 pm Monday. Or they would not take the case. This was extremely overwhelming to me. And caught me off guard.. if we had moved forward with this, I would have been able to get everything done by the end of the week, I have other things to do in my life too. I called and office manager Vicki she would give me Tuesday noon. And also I had expressed that I do not want to upload any documents. I needed to do everything in person. One of the reasons I asking for an investigation, is someone has been accessing my personal information and has access to what I do on my phone. But I was still asked to upload my driver's license or state ID. So I sent a message asking if we can just cancel my request for an investigation. And I would redo it in a few weeks when I'm ready and I would actually come over to Honolulu and meet with them in person so I don't have to upload anything. I also brought up the name of someone who hires detectives to surveil me illegally. Another reason I needed an investigation. Just wanted to make sure that no one in there firm may have worked for him. I wanted to make sure there was no conflict of interest. It seems she found this offensive. And she went on a whole spiel, about there integrity and how they're investigators are all vetted. And that thay had all ready check for conflict of interest. This is impossible and a blaint lie. I sent them a request for investigation Friday evening, cancel Sunday. And Vicki claims in that shorts amount of time that had checked for conflict of interest, I had not even given them the name of the parson I wanted investigated . She said that she would go ahead and cancel my request. But that they don't want me to make a new investigation request. There are ready, full for 2026, and she doesn't think I'm a good fit because trust is important to them. I think if I'm about to give someone a large chunk of money I have a right to ask questions. And nobody should automatically trust anybody. Anyways I think they're a good firm if you can get past the office. I spoken to two of their detectives, and I think they have good heads on their shoulders. But they let me down. And that deadline was overwhelming, and I don't think that's okay. The deadline felt like a red flag.(Kind of like hurry up give us all this money for nothing, we're not going to give you anything, yet but you're going to give us all this money you're going to sign this NDA shut the hell up, you don't need time to think about it, that's what it felt like) Kind of why I wasn't very trusting. Not to mention the NDA was a little too much. I understand they have to protect the methods of investigation. But it actually went a little too far I don't think, that Vicky had good intentions towards me. And actually would have signed the NDA. What freaked me out was that, have to pay now!! or you don't get a case. Why the rush? You know like, buy it now or you're going to miss out!! your last chance like some crazy ad!! And even with and even with an NDA. You can still complain, if you get cheated. If you violate the NDA Thay could take you to court. But it doesn't mean to Thay would win,if the cheated you.

Nathan was absolutely fantastic about listening to what my objectives were and constantly kept me posted as to the progress his team was making. The end result is that I was able to direct the effort as things progressed with what I need and got exactly enough evidence to accomplish my objective. The entire staff is as professional as it gets! T. Blanchette
