When I came the next day I was told that "if it was true" that I had actually called the day before, I would need to come back on Monday to speak with whoever I spoke to before. I explained I lived far and needed the part asap. The guy did not even attempt to look for what I needed. This is not the first time such lack of care has happened to me at this place. I was also not told on the phone that they had moved. It is the small things that determine if a business survives. This place better get some integrity soon or they will be closing doors again soon!!

I had just walked 2 miles on the hottest day of the year, and had no phone service ( the reason for my appointment) I thanked him and said I had to wait because I wasn't going to walk back and hoped my husband would arrive soon. After telling several potential customers, William asked to look at my phone and said maybe a reset of a setting might help.... I let him do it ( what could go bad ) It actually worked and WOW was I happy! I may have told him I loved him. William then proceeded to help an older gentleman with a computer and a very lost look. He calmed him and rescheduled his appointment to the next day. My husband finally came and I jumped into the air conditioning and left my new love with the rest of his very hot shift. Would totally recommend the helpful William!

I made an appointment with the "Geek Squad" to repair the back of my iPhone. Upon arriving at 5:40…read morePM, I was told that the repair would take approximately three hours, but they couldn't do it that day because their "tech" had to leave at 7 PM. The store's scheduled closing time that day was 9 PM. I spoke with the manager on site, who tried to help by calling the "Geek Squad tech" back. Once again, I did not feel like a valued customer. When I asked why they would accept a repair appointment if they didn't have a technician available to complete the job, the tech simply shrugged, as if he couldn't care less. At that point, I realized I was just wasting my time dealing with someone who clearly had no concern for customer satisfaction or retention. The worst part is that I have been a Best Buy customer for many years. I even have their credit card and extended warranties for my 65" TV. Needless to say, Best Buy lost a customer today. I am canceling my Best Buy credit card and extended warranties, and I will never set foot in a Best Buy store again.

We were here to buy clothes for a granddaughter, owing to a forgotten suitcase back in Danville. While I was waiting for Gayle and the girls to pick out those items, I wandered over to buy a new razor blade set and specialty mouthwash. After that, I waited patiently and uninspired at Starbucks. Surprisingly, Target didn't carry a number of things that Gayle was looking for, but she managed to make due. Check out was "torture" as the clerk's slow scanning skills and chattiness made it a long process.

I'm now in the process of having them install a trickle charger and battery power-off switch... while we are waiting for the parts to come in, I had a situation where I needed to move my boat due to an unexpected garage door repair. I almost forgot what it was like until I met Terry and Sam!!! You can't go wrong with these guys!! Extremely knowledgeable and reliable!!!

I'm glad I waited a bit after getting my computer back from them before writing a review. I went in with a small corner of my touch screen cracked. I had more problems when I got it back than when I brought it in. The touch screen they installed is clearly cheaper and of lower quality than the one it originally came with. And the glue they set it with didn't hold. My touch screen was literally falling off. They disconnected 2 of my usb ports. I had a computer savvy friend re attach my usb ports and glue my screen back on. She did it for free, did it better, and was a thousand times more trustworthy than the people at computer zone.

I have to be honest about my most recent experience opening a new T-Mobile Internet trial at the…read moreone and only location here in Santa Cruz. I arrived mid-day after an appointment had been made to speak to a rep about the internet package, as ordering online did not allow for pickup for some reason. I arrived at 15:30 to a hand-written sign reading "on lunch - back in 30," with absolutely no indication of time or how long we'd have to wait. After 20 minutes, I was let in and the staff member did not seem to know much about the promotion. There were a lot of inconsistencies with the sign up process, how much it was going to cost (vs. what the online portal was showing me), and overall logistics of the trial. It was a challenging half hour and although I did leave with my new T-Mobile Internet router, the time wasted waiting for them to be open due to unclear communication and feeling like the representative was not very well informed left me feeling meh. So it was not great coming here, but I did leave with what I wanted. Plus I found out the monthly payment amount WAS what I expected and not what was quoted at the store.

So after checking to make sure (for the tenth time) that my firm ware is up to date, I reset the sensors, and/or disable the sensors, delete the Edge from the phone's blue tooth listing, pair the phone again, and it will work for a short time, then starts missing calls again. Contacted support at this messed up company, and their only suggestion was to replace the ear pieces. I spent about $225 for these ear pieces and the features they promised, and they don't perform as they should, and I should replace them with 2 more pieces of the same junk? Yeah, that makes sense. All I can say is the quality of the product and the quality of the support are exactly the same - miserable.

How the hell is this place still opened? Their "employees" are horrible. . I understand that stores…read moremay need to lock up certain items for security reasons, but if that is the policy, customers should be able to receive timely and respectful assistance when they need access to those products. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I was met with dismissive and disrespectful attitudes from multiple employees who seemed unable or unwilling to help locate the key needed to unlock the item. Rather than providing basic customer service, the interaction felt unnecessarily difficult and simply RUDE. The employees I interacted with included a woman with long, curly black hair and several male employees who were unable to resolve the issue. A simple request for assistance turned into a very negative customer experience. I hope management addresses this because customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience for needing help accessing items the store has chosen to keep locked. Zero stars
