The best part was their low rates - just over $100 for a 6 GB RAM upgrade - including labor! Credit cards are accepted. Also, be sure to ask the owner about his foreign currency collection. It was super cool! Just wish they would re-locate. The warehouse where their shop was located made me a bit hesitant to trust them, but they are TOTALLY a legitimate business. Excellent service and good rates.

He called a few hours later, shortly before closing on a Friday just to say, "I wanted you to be able to enjoy your weekend knowing that it looks like I can successfully recover everything." A few days later, he had copied all my data onto a new hard drive that is working perfectly. If I run into any computer problems in the future, Russ will be the first person I call!
