The name is right on target: very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. They ensured that everything was working perfectly before they started wrapping things up. Honest too. The contractor had no clue how to fix this and we were left without reliable internet. After reaching out to many services, Mendel was first to respond. He perfectly understood the issue and offered to come immediately, early AM on a weekend no less, and at a VERY reasonable hourly rate. When he showed up, it was clear why he named his service "Friendly" as he's the nicest person I have met. He immediately identified the issues, involved me in the process, and managed within an hour (not all day as I had worried) fix everything. You can see it in my photo below. This was a total disaster, but to him it was a walk in the park. Mendel had a huge vehicle full of every imaginable IT gear as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again for residential OR business IT issues. He's incredible!

They got straight to work and had everything fixed in under an hour while I sat in the store, connected to their Wi-Fi, and knocked out work on my laptop like I was at a coffee shop.     I needed my expensive gaming laptop repaired and was scammed before by a local repair shop that…read moregave me a faulty motherboard. This was the first time I went to uBreakiFix as a desperate last resort and they ordered a new mobo and replaced it within a couple of weeks with reasonable labor costs. However, there was poor communication the first time around and apparently the first guy thought that it would be acceptable to replace it with a GTX 2070 instead of the 2080 that it originally came with. Upon seeing a cheaper final price and promptly reading the receipt, I realized the mistake they made and asked them to order a 2080 instead, not minding how much longer it would take. They said that it would arrive in another couple of weeks and that I could just pay the $350 difference, no extra labor costs added. I was worried, but sure enough, they called me when it was ready and my $4000 laptop started up beautifully without a problem with a fresh installation of windows 11. They made it right and stayed true to their word, and I only had to pay the price difference. Thanks, uBreakiFix for not putting me through anymore headache. I will be doing business with them again in the future.
