Nail Envy and their manicurists, Leah and Henry made the other location. look like a Pre-K student in the industry. First they are welcoming happy upbeat people. Second they focus 100% on health and hygiene. They use gloves, masks if necessary, tub covers, clean utensils with every guest. They take their time, they are patient, listen to your concerns, you are never rushed. The massage chairs are not old and broken but instead comfort you. Your end result is getting the service you wanted just as you wanted and for an affordable fee. Our toes have never been happier! We went in for three pedicures and each one was absolutely amazing. They give you a complimentary drink of choice so we got mimosas! Everyone is so nice here and they work so detail oriented, especially the technician that did my nails, Henry. I barely even noticed when he was cutting, cleaning, filing, almost had an invisible touch? Wait, is that a new superpower? Either way, he was amazing! I've been to three or four other places in and around town and I wasn't happy with any of them. So, I'm looking for a new place and it's getting late so my friend and I decided to stop in there and see if they would still be able to see me that night. There was a gentleman named Phil who was the person that did my nails. Let me just say that this man listened to everything that I wanted done with my nails and how I wanted them done and did exactly as I asked! You see I'm very hard with my hands and I'm very hard on my nails and so I needed them to be a little bit thicker and a little bit heavier because otherwise I would break them and they would pop off. Being Christmas time and the New Year's, I didn't want that. They were closing in about half an hour or 40 minutes. My friend had a pedicure done that she was so completely happy with that she now goes with me when I get my nails done just to get a pedicure! Anyway, I told him that it would be more than 2 weeks before I can see him again. He said okay. It actually turned into 7 weeks! And let me tell you, he did such a fabulous job that my nails weren't lifting anywhere, nothing popped off, they weren't too heavy, it was perfect! And to top it all off, when I did go back to see him, he still remembered me! He did my nails for me again, expertly as always! I am so impressed with his level of expertise and commitment to his clients that I will always go back to see him! He speaks very good English; there's no trouble understanding him, whatsoever! (Though they may be cussing at me in Vietnamese, I wouldn't know) I walked in and looked at the prices, decided to get a pedi. No one saw/greeted me so I said hi to the nearest man there who was just on his phone. He didn't hear me but luckily some other lady did and asked me what I wanted. I told them a pedi and I was asked to choose a color. Okay, so I chose a color and sat down and waited because it was kinda busy. All workers seem to be doing something, except for the man on his phone, but no other customers waiting. After a minute or so I was taken to those pedi chair. The man was polite but I was told to just sit there, WITHOUT WATER. I waited a minute or so and I had to ask another tech to turn on the water. I don't mind waiting but all other places would just let you sit there with the water. After like 15min or so I was given a pedi. If this was my first pedi ever, I would never get a pedi again. The massage was not impressive and he barely scrubbed my feet. He painted the color nice I guess. What also got me annoyed is that there's a cash price($25) and a credit card price ($28). Which was not made known. They just ask if you're paying card or cash. Btw, when I read the prices earlier, they had a piece of paper at the front counter that said $22. Oh, a nail got chipped an hour later. So the moral of my story is that... there are better places out there.

Very good thorough job and kind. He fixed my finger nail with acrylic which was breaking for no cost. The massage he gave was excellent too. The Vietnamese guy who did my sister in laws pedicure was social and nice too. He goes to my in-laws church and single, ladies! ;) They let us stay in the massage chairs while waiting for my daughter's acrylics to be on. Super chill. There was no lady available for eyebrow tinting that day for my MIL- only certain days.
