Right when I walked in, I was met with beautiful lighting and lively , joyful employees at work. I was promptly checked in, directed where to sit, and not long after, myself and friends were sat down at their new pedicure bowls to start receiving our service. I got a gel deluxe pedicure from Erik and I was so surprised and satisfied with my service. It came with orange slices, a scrub, a massage, hot towels, and hot stones which is more than I've experienced (being 100% honest here), ANYWHERE. He did a great job at my French tip and I will definitely be going back. The owner was even walking around and asked me if I needed him to throw away my coffee cup for me. On top of that, they offer you a free drink and make sure you were happy with your service before you leave. I loved it and call me impressed ! read more

This salon is not recommendable. The chairs are too close so you feel like you're packed in like sardines. I've seen a lot cleaner salons as well. There is an odd stench to the place, not the usual salon stink. Per the usual there are no AMERICANS doing nails just dusting and drink making. The up charge for gel is unacceptable and nail tech was told NOT to use gel on the toes as it is not healthy or recommended. Listening and following directions is imperative. I suppose that's what you get for hiring illegals who don't speak or understand English. Over priced, underwhelmed, not a salon for me. Me and mine won't be giving them our hard earned money again. I had a Manicure, brown towel had nail clipping on it and was damp. Instruments as well as the drill bits were sprayed off with what appeared to be water. I did not see any sterilization pouches. Even though the place has a good vibe I get the feeling that things are not being cleaned properly. As I looked around, I noticed a lot of things that need to be wiped down and cleaned. read more

Always loved Touch Nail Bar but had a bad experience today. upon check in was told it would be 30 minute wait. Desperately needed my nails done. Told them I would wait.. after 35 minutes they told me it would be another half hour. Very very dissapointed I waited for nothing & still needed to get my nails done. Could not wait another half hour, had to go elsewhere. Janet 845-220-8392 read more

This place ruined my nails. I came to have dip removed and a basic manicure. My nails were ground down so thin and brittle, they have ripped and torn the past 2 weeks and are shorter than they've ever been. The guy knew he filed too much because he pointed out how red my nail bed was and told me to keep a clear coat on it. I do not recommend this place if you value healthy natural nails. read more

Always a great visit with Ty. I have other friends that use other technicians and are very happy with their work as well.

Made an appt for facial and they were 30 minutes late getting me to the room. No explanation. Terrible treatment. Woman was fast and rough, not at all relaxing. She didn't tell me what she was doing using, or why. I had to stop her during the arm massage she was hurting me so bad. Then I was charged $5 more than there website states. Worse salon service I ever had. read more

BEWARE! Poor service and poor quality. The girl was filing my nails with an electric file and nicked me 4 fingers. She was looking across the room and not the machine. I wanted a manicure with dip. What I received was filed down of long hard nails to think nails with no cuticle treatment except blood and scabs. Also had a gel pedi from a very rude man. 1 toe was only half painted, which they did fix and he was awful about it. Told me that it was my toe not my nail. He Told me to get rid of my calluses at home. Really!?! $127 later I have scabby cuticles and crappy looking feet! NEVER AGAIN! Now I need a pedicure to smooth out my feet. read more

I've been going to this salon for nearly 2 years spending around $150 every month for a mani/pedi + tip. I went to get nails for my birthday last month. The nail tech told me before starting that the nails alone would be $80 which I happily agreed to since it was for a special occasion. As my nail tech was almost done with my nails, she told me she was going to charge me more because she used more product than she thought she would. I nervously laughed because I didn't know what to do and didn't think she was serious. At the end, the extra amount was tacked on there. I just paid (still left over a 20% tip) and left. It's not like it was much more, but it's the principle of bumping up the price at the very end of the service. Completely unethical. I will not be going back and will make sure to warn everyone I know. read more

I used to go to this salon. No more. It's gross (someone else showed a pic in their review that shows a filthy station-I went to that nail tech as well). The owner? Manager? Is horrible. He doesn't care about the customers. I complained about my last nail service-he just shrugged his shoulders. Avoid at all costs.... read more

Never have had a bad experience! Love the atmosphere and the owner will always make sure you are taken care of and get what you want. If you are displeased he will literally make sure you leave happy! Every nail tech I've had has been phenomenal and always asked if everything was good before proceeding with next step. Not sure why anyone would give a bad review unless they just didn't speak up about their issues because I have seen first hand how customers are taken care of. I will never cheat on this salon!!! read more

Unsanitary and poor customer service! Very difficult to communicate with many employees, which is how I ended up with nails that I was not happy with. I asked to speak to the manager, and I Spoke to the male manager about my experience, and I did not ask for anything. He told the cashier to not charge me for the nail service, but all of a sudden the female manager ran up to the cashier screaming that I had to pay for the service! Ok, don't need to be screamed at by anyone. I'll take my business elsewhere, but know the place is unsanitary and there are problems with communication. read more

The salon is very cute and feels more luxe than other nail salons. The upgraded pedicures are totally worth the price. However if you are in a hurry do NOT come here on a Sunday as it's all walk ins and you may be sitting for a while before getting serviced. They are VERY busy on weekends. read more

I had a regular manicure done (no gels) and in about 24 hrs 7 out of nail tips were pealing off. The manicurist did not seem well and clearly wanted to do the job quickly. I returned the next day, talked to the manager. He was gruff but agreed to have the nails redone. In the middle of that he said "you have regular polish, not gel." I said yes and he argued that it is expected that regular polish will begin to chip and wear off in such a short time. I have had regular polish last for at least 3 days. Needless to say this was an unpleasant exchange. There are so many other options and i won't be returning there. read more

i was very happy with Touch Nail Bar. My mail tech was very nice and did a great job. a couple of my nails aren't the same size as the other hand but thats on me for not checking before we were done. no biggie. the shape is great and her technique was good. i had a regular pedicure but i cant remember the tech who did it. she was fine, nothing out of this world, just a basic pedicure. she was gentle on my feet and her painting job was very good on my little toenails. AND you get two free drinks! i had a pina colada. it was good but the blending was chunky. clearly not a big deal, just an observation. my daughter and i will definitely be going back for our nail services from here on out. read more

This place has the worst customer service. They should really think about the guy that greets you and takes care of the front he is SO rude. The techs are subpar and rough and will make you bleed. They don't take their time and do what you ask. And god forbid you tell them that their work is not good. They will yell at you and embarrass you In front of the whole salon. If you ask them to fix a mistake they say they will only do it for more money. This place has really gone down the drain since I started coming here over a year ago. Beware and ready to be treated like trash and not in love with your nails! read more

Very disappointed with my services.I had a regular gel manicure, regular pedicure and full face waxing.Pedicure corners of of nails were cut off which will cause ingrown nails, cuticles on both manicure and pedicure were not done , nails were not cleaned underneath and after polish was put on nails were filed which made them rough and will cause polish to peel especially on the gel as it is not sealed. Sadly on the face waxing I was burned with the wax and wax dripped into my hair. I have been in this industry for 38 years that's that's why I can give you an educated review It's always nice to get pampered right girl's!!! read more

I ended up coming here because I'm new to town and really didn't know where else to go. I wish I would have seen these reviews before I booked! I got a full set with gel for polish and a gel pedicure. Ken did my nails and he was actually really nice. Legit 9 days after I got my nails done, four on one hand popped off. So I called, went in and had Ken redo them. I thought they were going to fix them free of charge since it was only a short period of time since I had gotten them done. $15 and I'm out the door. It's been 2 weeks today and I just had another nail pop off. Never going there again. I'm sorry, it's just not worth the trouble. Do your self a favor and just find somewhere else to go. I've never had nails pop off this early! Ridiculous read more

I came for my 5 pm appointment and was informed at that time, that my nail tech called out. No one called to let me know or reschedule. I was asked to sit and wait. When I inquired if I was going to be helped, the gentleman that works the front desk yelled at me, "I'm working on it! I know you need someone." When I told him to stop yelling at me, he replied that he was not yelling and that he already knew I needed someone and he was working on it. And then asked me, what did I expect him to do? I said he could not yell and let me know what's going on. He turned and walked away. Finally, someone came to get me. I will let you know the outcome. Update: Alice did my nails and was very polite and very good. The man from the front never said another word to me. I would recommend Alice! read more

I just moved to the area and went to this salon because my sister recommended it. my nails were in desperate need of attention and I couldn't even hold out another day. the girl my sister recommended was not working and I was promised that there were other technicians that do a great job with dipping powders. I've been using dipping powders for more than 10 years and I'm VERY familiar with how it's done and the results I should expect. this was one of the worst experiences that I've ever paid $100 for. the color wasn't even remotely close to the samples I was presented. it didn't seem right while they were being done, but knowing the color can change with the final steps I kept hoping it was going to change to the correct color. the technician was making personal phone calls in the beginning and seemed more interested in what was going on around the salon than my nails. he left old polish on several nails, and despite my pointing it out, ignored it. the job is not smooth, the nails are lumpy and the edges weren't smoothed like they should have been. the dipping powder is almost non-existent on some parts of my nails. at least the pedicurist recognized that the "matching" polish for my toes didn't seem right and brought it to my attention and we changed the polish. so now I have different color toes than fingernails. the manager told me to call him in the AM and he would have the girl I was recommended fix it for me. I came in at the scheduled time and was given an excuse that when the dipping powders get older they don't always match the charts, and was offered a gel paint OVER top of the crappy job that was done to my nails. I explained that wasn't going to solve all the issues, and that I don't use gel because it doesn't last as long as I need it to, hence my using dipping powder to begin with. but polishing over a crappy job wasn't going to make them look nice. so I chose to say forget it and not return to the salon. A $100 service shouldn't have ended up this way. and if you want your nail tech to pay attention to the job they're doing on YOUR hands, look elsewhere. this is a typical "chain salon" that is more concerned with pumping out customers than they are quality of their service. it's clear tue manager simply didn't expect me to return for him to make good on his promise. I'll take my business and my referrals somewhere else. Word of advice to this salon... Don't make a promoter unhappy With substandard service. read more

Brought my daughter to do a nail dip . The lady who sits in back got annoyed when I asked to cut her nails . She proceeded to be rough with her nail machine by hitting her cuticles . The nails are sharp, crooked, and one chipped the next day . They look worse now. No manicure, cleaning the nails, or lotion , for 45 dollars . Dip should last two weeks plus . And an offer for 10 percent off next service via text is an insult to a horrible job. read more

I really want to give more stars. touch is a great nail salon. My issue is as a man when you pay for a mani/pedi why is is ok to complete 80% of the pedi wrap your legs with hot towels then while you are in the pedi chair the tech does your manicure. This results in what I feel is a rushed manicure and the towels around your legs are ice cold by the time the manicure is done. So your sitting there while your legs are freezing feeling your pedicure is rushed. You pay for both services. Management should look at this. read more

I popped in here this morning on a whim hoping they could fit me in last minute. The staff was very welcoming, patient and professional. Kiki did an amazing job on my nails.
