Extremely satisfied with my gel nails. Katie is great and very accommodating I tested several colors on my fingers before I made my final decision and I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. This is a rough review. The facility itself was very dated and messy. Nail dust everywhere and very cluttered. My nails looked good when finished and they have been holding up. I wasn't comfortable in the atmosphere though. Very rushed. Like I said this is a strange review. Yes, I'm happy with the outcome. But I doubt I would return due to the clutter, dirtiness, and the rushing around. At one point she was being so rough and rushed with my hands I wanted to look around for a camera..like this must be a joke haha. I had to keep myself from laughing at certain points. Such a strange experience. Let me add...I get my nails done every two weeks. I travel a lot so I have visited tons of nail salons. This was by far the strangest experience. read more

I always read the reviews - recent reviews were positive - I called and made an appt for myself and daughter we were on vacation and staying nearby. The overall experience was excellent - this was the end of Dec they were so busy !!! My nails were a mess and I was fearful if the comments techs always make- no comments here just positive quick work and my nails look fabulous and are so comfortable and well done. My daughter had a fill and nails cut down. They also look fabulous and they were so quick and kind. I only gave 4 stars / shop definitely needs to be cleaned - they were extremely busy. I made an appointment, but when I arrived it felt like I could have dropped in. They accommodated my disability, by doing my nails in the pedi chair , which I really appreciated. But I asked for basic and they kept doing upper level things. I don't think my manicurist spoke much English. When I went to pay she was kind enough not to charge me for what I didn't ask for. I asked specifically not to have my cuticles cut and it was explained by the English speaking employee. Not only did I get some cuticles cut, but was accidentally stabbed with a toenail clipper. Even though I'm sure it was an accident , I got an infection and needed antibiotics, so I won't be back. read more

was a year long wait and the tech was horrible. was goingvto do a mani pedi and then wanted big toe to have a sparkley top coat but she did base coat pink and the other 4 toes with orange red. got mad and ripped the toe separators off and started taking all polish off. then got worse attitude when I said I was not getting a manicure. read more

My daughter and I visited this salon to get gel pedicures. The salon can stand a little face lift but that did not affect their service. We got in quickly. The staff was friendly and courteous. We had an appt and we were taken right back. The man that did mine was rough with the clipping. The pedicure was very rushed, barely any massage and their tools and foot scrub didn't come out of a package. Were they sterilized? Polish was fine but nails aren't even. I'll preface this by saying I've been going here seasonally for two years. My friend and I went here one morning last week at opening time me. First, we were chided for not making an appointment, and then rushed through by the owner moving back and girth between us. Both of us has cracked and peeling nails a week later, and they turned an orangey yellow. We were told by another salon, the sides were never filed down which caused all of that. I'm done. read more

Extremely disappointed...probably one of the worst pedicures, I've ever received! Cut my toenails way too short; even though, I'd specifically asked her not to. The shaping is horrible, jagged/uneven and had to remove excess polish from skin area around nails, once I was home. While the services may be ok, the salon is not very clean at all. The foot scrubber used was old and worn out and there were dirty towels in the floor. Nothing was wiped down and it just appeared 'unkempt'. I went for a mani pedi and it was if they kept playing trade clients as they all jumped from one person to the other. Rotonda is small and there aren't many places to chose from sadly, so I was dissapointed. My main concerns are fungal infections, etc......not so much the customer consistency. read more

Very disappointed. I made an appointment, showed up on time. 2 women who came in right ahead of me with no appointment (I asked them specifically) were taken. After 15 minutes someone came and put the gel removal liquid and footing my fingers while I was still in the waiting chairs. After another 10 minutes I was brought to a seat. The job done on my nails missed the far sides of the nail on 2 fingers. In addition, she did not put polish across the top of the nails...within a week 1 finger's polish was cracking at the top. $25 not well-spent. read more
