I was greeted warmly without a reservation. The host, possibly owner, began the process of removing the ill-fated nails, which were too long for me and driving me crazy. Once a tech was available I moved to Frankie's station. Frankie made sure he knew what I wanted and went on to give me a beautiful set of acrylic nails My favorite pomegranate red. I was very happy. I scheduled a follow up appointment with Frankie when it was time for a fill and the experience just got better. I like short nails and usually the tek will explain I have yo go with square shape even though I like round. Once I explained what I wanted to Frankie he made it happen. We went in for three pedicures and each one was absolutely amazing. They give you a complimentary drink of choice so we got mimosas! I barely even noticed when he was cutting, cleaning, filing, almost had an invisible touch? Wait, is that a new superpower? Either way, he was amazing!
