Pc Lab is a great find on Roosevelt rd. I stopped in for the first time to see about fixing an old pc. They were ready for me and it was $50 total. I then purchased two used computers for a little over $200 each. Both are great. I'm heading back there today for a laptop. The place has been there for over ten years and the people there are very sharp and honest. They have a lot of products there for sale ready to go and they fix it all. read more

I can't believe I haven't yelp this place. I have an apple product that I wasn't working anymore and was told by the Apple store that it would cost $150.00 just to look at it. Depending on what was wrong there would be an additional charge. Over the years PC LAB had already fixed 3 of my computers that I thought I would have to toss. I just took my apple laptop in and I got a call within 24 hours telling me that it was my plug and the cost was $35.00. That was with a new plug. I also purchased used refurbished laptops for the kids at only $125.00 and they work as good as a new one. This place is a gem and have been around for many years. read more

My daughter spilled milk on my Macbook Air and it wouldn't start up anymore. My brother and sister who worked at the Apple Store told me that getting it repaired there would cost almost as much as buying a brand new computer. I brought it to PC Lab after reading Yelp reviews and I'm happy I did. The guys there were quick to figure out the issue and gave me two different options on how to fix it, both with a fair price. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!! These guys are scamming people. They use old parts (purchased off of EBAY) and install them in the computer. They use compatible parts that just make your computer work so that they have you sign the papers and leave. When i checked the BIOS setting, it was completely different than what was originally inside. When i asked about the warranty they said 90 days, when in fact, many manufacturers have at least 1 year warranty. BOTTOM LINE: DONT GET SCAMMED! read more

I had exhausted my repertoire of fixes for the dreaded BSOD on my PC after the latest Windows 10 updates, and was ready to replace my aging PC if needed. Chin explained their diagnostic policy ($20 for mine, which could be applied to any repair costs). Brought the PC in yesterday afternoon, and got a call later in the day with projected fix and cost ($75 total for a tune-up). Picked up the repaired PC this morning, and it's running great.
