They do respond quickly, but consistently can't fix our network connectivity issues, which have persisted for over a year. This is with a network they built themselves! And we only have 8 or so computers on the network, with a robust server (again built to their recommendations) and thousands of dollars worth of upgrades over the last year. I'm no expert, but I just can't believe this is rocket science as most networks I've worked with operate trouble free for months if not years at a time. We are just about at the point of ditching them and starting all over with a new consultant. Update 8/2016: We have experienced more stability over the past year so I am upgrading my review by one star.

I had myself tried and failed (unaware it was a different part I had struggled to remove). I asked how long the task might take. Smart Computer Service said it could take an hour. They said they did not know how many screws there might be or they might have to open the computer from the front. It's been said there is one born every minute. A sucker, in other words. Maybe that is what the "smart" means in the name of this business: taking advantage of people with limited knowledge. Another shop I called said they would probably do it for free. In LESS THAN FOUR MINUTES the guy had removed the hard drive. I offered payment for his trouble, which he adamantly refused. Again, the task took LESS THAN FOUR MINUTES.
