I took…read moremy iPhone 17 Pro to get the screen replaced first red flag was but he couldn't tell me how much the price was until he already worked on the phone . But anyways, I decided to stay and give it a try after he was done replacing the screen. He had told me he has two different type of strains one is cheap and other is premium or whatever. I was down to spend extra money to get the premium, but he said he didn't have it in stock and will take him an hour. Anyone that has a busy schedule and that just needs their phone replaced would have done what I did and just take the cheaper one so I could go get my kids and do what I need to. After three days of having it the screen was already coming off so I decided to call and told him what was going on and immediately got blamed for dropping it or breaking it and couldn't even get a chance to talk because the owner is so rude. After trying to explain over the phone, what was going on with my phone and him being extremely rude and saying that he doesn't do any warranties or anything like that for the phone. And I tried to explain that the phone is not broken and that it just needs to be installed correctly. Then the owner decided to get extremely butt hurt because I criticize this work for being half done and then he got extremely rude anyways flashback to going to the store to get it replaced because I don't have another hundred dollars to pay just because someone doesn't know how to put a replacement phone. I go there and I still get blamed for doing something that I didn't do and owner is very upset that I criticized his half done work after further examination he said that the reason it was coming off is because he didn't install the glue right, even though he admitted to not having a clue right bro, still wants to be mad that I said that his work is half done so after being in his shop, literally screaming at each other because he has no manners and doesn't want to let anyone talk replace it and when I inspect the phone, a lot of glue residue and just a crappy job. After my horrible experience, I got offered a free screen protector, but didn't want him to install because I don't know if he's capable of doing something so hard I would stay away from this shop pelenty phone repaid that will treat you right and do a great job not half done

I purchased this Commercial printer, in 2017, and haven't used it much for my home/office business. My 3-year warranty is now out of range for any repair work. Issue: The unit is making loud squirreling noise while printing. Canon Customer Service referred me to contact SW Business Machines and/or I can replace it for about the same amount of money for this "service person" would be charging me. I called (623) 939-3355 and spoke to the owner where he told me that he can't remember a time where he had to replace the ITV Assembly ($200) as they don't go out. I was using cheaper Replacement INK Cartridges instead of Canons. He told me how to test the machine and to put up with the noise until I replace the cartridges even if it's one at a time. As a business owner myself, I endorse his work ETHICS, HONESTY, and CUSTOMER CARE PRACTICES. Definitely, I'm keeping his information for future needs. He saved me a small fortune. I found this company when I was having an error message show up on my Canon printer. After all of…read morethe online troubleshooting, it told me that I needed to contact an authorized Canon service center -- I was surprised to find there were only 2 in the Phoenix area...and luckily, this one was close to me! I called and was thrilled to have a human being answer the phone! He was very helpful and answered all of my questions about service fees and possible charges -- I said I would think about it (it was just $25 for the diagnostics, but I know oftentimes it's cheaper to just buy a new one than have one fixed...and he agreed!). I decided to take it in to them anyway and see what was wrong. I was greeted by Grant when I went in and he was extremely understanding and helpful -- said he would check it out and get back to me the next day (it was about 4:15 pm) --- I was very surprised to get a phone call later that evening from him -- he said he was working late and went ahead and looked at my printer. Unfortunately, it was bad news...the part and labor would run about $125...pretty close to the cost of a new printer. I said I would think about it and get back to him. He understood and even gave me suggestions of places to look for new printers! I decided to purchase a new one...but was allowed to go back to the store to get the ink cartridges out of my old printer! A nice savings as I didn't have to buy new ones right away! It was just very refreshing to find a small business still ran on honesty and customer service! I feel bad for not spending more than $25 there...but should I ever need printer repair (or other business machine) services again, I'll definitely be back!

My son replaced his cracked screen on his iPhone12 for $225 ( that we had to pay cash or Zelle only. Should have been my first clue) and 3 days later there was a new problem in the top corner of the screen where it won't display. They won't repair it. No warranty on their work. Make sure you read the statement they give you when you drop it off. Poorly written, grammatically incorrect language in the fine print states they are not an authorized dealer and their work may void the manufacturers warranty.
