Okta took the time to place all the precautionary measures within the swap of thermals to protect my Motherboard in full (kapton tape and oil application for the pad) I will be evaluating this for the next couple of days to see if the the temps remain stable but to be honest initial overview of the temps are fantastic! The Midway location confirmed that they do, in fact, have the ability to do in-house calls, but only if you have an insurance contract with Asurion. Otherwise, too bad.
