Of all those who messaged back, I decided to use Imtech and my experience was great! Not only did he offer to make a service call on a weekend, but he also took the time to scope the issue beforehand and including asking probing questions and getting photos of the outlets. I also took comfort in receiving an estimate which included up to three hours of labor. Within an hour we were all set. Without question, I'd recommend Imtech and will call on them for future electrical needs!

Edgar arrived within the timeframe he promised along with a partner to help and they were quick to get to work. They took care to cover up the floor, sink, and toilet with drop cloths to avoid a mess from being made as they worked with the ceiling light. The replacement required a little more work than initially anticipated due to it being an older light/fan combination, but Edgar explained the issue and how the initial price estimate would be impacted. I appreciated Edgar taking the time to explain the progress along the way and what else needed to be done and was upfront with the cost which was reasonable. Overall it was a good price and great end result. Edgar and his partner were very friendly and personable and made quick work of the project.

Stefan was awesome to work with -- quick to respond, on time, and super clear with communication. Pricing was straightforward and very reasonable, and there was no pressure or upselling, which we really appreciated. Our house had some really old electrical/conduit, and the finished work (both inside and outside at the electrical box) looks so clean and tidy. He even called me before leaving to ask where he could find a broom so he could sweep up. That level of care and pride in the job says it all. We'll definitely be calling Stefan again for smaller projects and eventually, when we're ready to add EV charging. Highly recommend!

I strongly advise against hiring Alambre Electric. Our experience was deeply frustrating and…read moreultimately led to legal action. We signed a contract for $16,000, expecting a professional and reliable service. At the start, there were 2-3 workers on site, but they soon stopped showing up regularly. When I asked for updates, I received vague and inconsistent explanations. Work resumed sporadically, but progress remained minimal. There were also serious concerns about professionalism. Workers were smoking in our basement and around the property, and empty beer cans were frequently left behind. This created an uncomfortable and unacceptable environment in our home. Despite having already paid more than half of the contract upfront, the team completed only about a quarter of the agreed-upon work. At that point, the owner demanded an additional $5,000 and stated they would walk off the job if we refused. When we referred back to the signed contract, he began disputing items that were clearly included--such as the electric stove and cooktop--even though we had documentation and prior discussions confirming this. After being presented with proof, he shifted his reasoning, citing increased costs and business expenses. Those are not the customer's responsibility. We ultimately involved the City's Department of Building and Electrical in an effort to resolve the situation. While the work completed met code requirements, the broader dispute remains unresolved. The owner attempted to deflect blame by mischaracterizing our conduct, which was both inaccurate and disappointing. This situation has now escalated into a civil case as we pursue recovery of our funds. If you value reliability, transparency, and professionalism, I recommend looking elsewhere. Based on our experience, this is not a company I would trust with my home.

We had a very detailed contract, but Jonathan figured he would try to squeeze more money out of us because his workers were costing him to much. We caught them smoking weed at the worksite, arriving late , and several mistakes where done. When Jonathan couldn't extort more money, he decided to leave the project in a very bad condition and not return to finish anything. We had several electricians come by to try to finish his job and many refusing even giving a quote due poor craftsmanship done by Alambre's crew. We have a ton of documentation backing our claims and poor craftsmanship done.
