They've been in business for years, and it shows--not just in their experience, but in how they treat people. I brought my car in expecting a major repair, and instead of upselling me, they walked me through what actually needed to be done and what didn't. That kind of honesty is hard to come by. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me, and made sure I understood my options. In a time where it feels like everything is about squeezing out more money, this shop stands out for doing the opposite--being fair, transparent, and genuinely looking out for their customers. If you want a mechanic you can trust long-term, not just for one visit, this is the place. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Having waited for the repair work to be done I heard the manager tell a customer that they didn't need a replacement because the items had plenty of life on them. He didnt upsell the customer and IMO took care of that customer by being honest. The cost for the work was fair and if I have another issue (hopefully not) I will use them again.
