I had multiple accounts because in my app keep prompting me to sign up for the extra care card before I can see extra savings. This wasn't always the case, but it's been happening the last few months. I tried explaining my situation to the cashier and she gave me a very snotty "that's not true". She is not there to tell me if my experience is true or not, especially with the snotty condescending tone she used, she is supposed to be there to try to be helpful and ring up orders. Maybe give some polite suggestions on how I can correct the situation perhaps? Do better CVS. If you can't put people at the counters who have some basic customer service skills, then just convert to all self service kiosks. Meanwhile I've reported this interaction already to the corporate customer service line, so no need to tell me to do that in your response. Instead put your energy into remedial basic customer service training for your cashiers.

Such was the case when we were in Williamsburg and needed some supplies. They not only carry medicines, health & beauty products, but they have aisles of food, snacks, candies, holiday items, greeting cards, book and magazines, office supplies, and even some clothing items like scarves, gloves, socks, etc. The travel section gets the gold star for being the most convenient with many different small travel products to chose from! We were in and out in a jiffy, and our CVS card helps us save even more with coupons!!

I have made numerous calls, visits, to get my med, always given a slightly different story. I finally called this morning and asked them to transfer the script, and was told it'd be done immediately. Got on the CVS app this evening, and noticed the script was PUT ON HOLD, NOT transferred. so, I called the pharmacy. FINALLY got someone to transfer it to another CVS, but was told I was triggering the employee. WHAT does she think CVS is doing to me by basically just not filling my script??? An added insult is the pharmacy refused to call other CVS's to see if they could get the med from another store, they told me to do it myself. WTH? SO done with this store (this has happened in the past with other prescriptions, particularly for my dog's cancer meds.) They obviously do not care about the customer! i would have given this NO stars, except the whiny person I spoke to tonight FINALLY transferred my script as asked. If you need a med (especially if it is a not widely available med), do NOT use this location, you are better off driving an hour to a reputable pharmacy.

I looked at the wigs for about 15 min and was never asked if I needed any assistance. I bought 2 scarves and while at the counter I asked the clerk how many wigs do they allow to try on. She said they don't allow try ons. They also don't want you to touch or manipulate the wig itself. There are several signs stating 'don't run your fingers through the wigs'. So, not try on, no touch and no returns. Sorry to say, but I'll keep going to the other ones. At least I get assistance and I can touch and/or try on the wig before purchase. However, I'm glad to see a black owned business.
