FINALLY got someone to transfer it to another CVS, but was told I was triggering the employee. WHAT does she think CVS is doing to me by basically just not filling my script??? An added insult is the pharmacy refused to call other CVS's to see if they could get the med from another store, they told me to do it myself. WTH? SO done with this store (this has happened in the past with other prescriptions, particularly for my dog's cancer meds.) They obviously do not care about the customer! i would have given this NO stars, except the whiny person I spoke to tonight FINALLY transferred my script as asked. I looked at the wigs for about 15 min and was never asked if I needed any assistance. I bought 2 scarves and while at the counter I asked the clerk how many wigs do they allow to try on. She said they don't allow try ons. They also don't want you to touch or manipulate the wig itself. There are several signs stating 'don't run your fingers through the wigs'. So, not try on, no touch and no returns. Sorry to say, but I'll keep going to the other ones. At least I get assistance and I can touch and/or try on the wig before purchase. However, I'm glad to see a black owned business.
