The staff at CVS, Kenansville, NC is excellent. They are always so helpful. The building interior is bright and clean. Shelves are well stocked. The exterior of the building needs lots of work: landscaping, updating facade, security lighting, parking lot resurfacing/marking and sign attention. If I could give negative stars, I would do that. The cashier I dealt with this morning (didn't get her name but she was an older woman with shoulder length gray hair) was incredibly rude. I had multiple accounts because in my app keep prompting me to sign up for the extra care card before I can see extra savings. This wasn't always the case, but it's been happening the last few months. I tried explaining my situation to the cashier and she gave me a very snotty "that's not true". She is not there to tell me if my experience is true or not, especially with the snotty condescending tone she used, she is supposed to be there to try to be helpful and ring up orders. Maybe give some polite suggestions on how I can correct the situation perhaps? Do better CVS. If you can't put people at the counters who have some basic customer service skills, then just convert to all self service kiosks. Meanwhile I've reported this interaction already to the corporate customer service line, so no need to tell me to do that in your response. I came in like the past 5 years picking up a DoorDash order and the lady at the counter made me feel so uncomfortable with her attitude and being rude. The Dasher card declined and she was visibly annoyed. Even when she approached me she looked aggravated most likely asking her self why am I not using self checkout. She was on the phone or talking to someone and my guess she was upset at that someone or frustrated with something and took it out on me. Look here lady I am working just like you we all have problems and it seems like a lot of people out here in this world today are so miserable so unhappy and specifically here in Williamsburg you all look so miserable. What is the problem? I have problems trust me I don't walk around all angry and treating people without humility. Get it together. You're way too old to look that miserable. CVS Pharmacy the store #2224 has the most rude heartless unempathic group of people working in the pharmacy accept for Craig he was a Rockstar the physical pharmacist at this location is only there for her paycheck how can you let A BRAND NEW type 1 diabetic who just left the hospital leave with the wrong Lanct that doesn't even fit the the meter that was ordered as well as no care calling on a weekend and refused to offer any help when there had been a issue with filling his insulin acting more like they couldn't be bothered and who cares if you end up back in the hospital took us 3hrs to get them to KINDA pretend to care but only after they were called out for there actions other rx patients couldn't believe but were also used to treatment like this sad if I could go to another pharmacy I would but my employer won't cover so I'm stuck with there Attitudes and unwillingness to help read more

I hate dealing with this pharmacy but it is the only one close to my home. The people are not friendly, will have you standing in line and won't even acknowledge you. I know they are busy but they could acknowledge your presence. Very short when going the drive through, line backed up always and they could care less. read more

My prescription insurance requires I use CVS. I would rate CVS in Norge, VA as a MINUS 4. Unfortunately, a ONE is as low as they go. I was told not to call -in refills, but use their "APP". At least 3 out of 4 of my last refills took more than 7 days to refill - several they were unable to fill; no phone call, no text, no email - apparently they just threw it on the floor and ignored it. Today, I waited 6 days for a refill: "Come back in about 2 hours, maybe we will have it ready.". What about the second scrpt??? "Oh, we had trouble with that one. Maybe we can expidite it for later in the day." (I could SEE 11 bottles, yes eleven), of the medication on the shelf right behind the clerk.) I pull up to the window where it clearly says both lanes are available and because she has to print a discount label she says I need to "get out of the line and go back around and get BACK in another line". She says bc she has covid testing to do (no1 was even behind me to get tested). Like my time and needs were less important bc I wasn't getting a covid test. I even took pictures (from the other lane I was told to get back in to show no1 was in the lane that clearly says full service BOTH lanes. Total joke of a pharmacy.) read more

It's possibly the worst pharmacy ever. I have never been to a more rude or dysfunctional pharmacy in my 46 years of life. I beg you to use a different pharmacy if you are able. I have yet to meet an associate in the pharmacy who isn't rude or disrespectful. I can only assume that they all hate their jobs there. This place needs a major wake up call. This pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The staff is so unfriendly and uncaring. They don't answer the phone, I have tried refilling prescriptions online, which only work sometimes. If you have a choice to use a different pharmacy, I would advise using another pharmacy. read more

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever been to! They are rude every time I go, SO FREAKING SLOW, and don't allow regular prescriptions to be picked up in both lanes - even though it CLEARLY says you can go in either for regular prescriptions! Do you like to wait in line and get the runaround when getting your prescriptions filled? If so, you will love this place. I always have to wait so long. It doesn't matter what time you go...you will have to wait. Want to give them a call, forget about it. Just put the phone on speaker and continue with whatever you are doing...it's going to be a while. They are too busy to provide good service. The is the worst CVS I ever stepped into in the country. The process to obtain a Rx is nearly impossible. 9 out of 10 tries there are mistakes or it is just not ready when expected. I no longer try to get my prescriptions there but my wife does. Today we realized that the head pharmacist Michael is flat out nasty, has no respect for customers and zero respect for women. Do yourself a favor and see a caring pharmacist considering they are providing drugs for you. Since when does a store employee (head pharmacist) argue and yell in a customers face over the counter? I have been a customer of CVS for many years. 6 months ago we moved to Virginia and began using this pharmacy. I've encountered 1 courteous technician, a few floating pharmacists are kind but that's where that location takes a turn for the worse. Everyone else has such a terrible attitude and lacks very basic customer service skills. Today was 3rd time the pharmacist, Omar, has laughed at me while refusing to fill a medication that hasn't been changed in several years and has been filled at CVS exclusively. "He doesn't feel comfortable," was his excuse. He told me I can wait on the Pharmacy Manager, Melissa, to fill my prescriptions tomorrow or he can call my doctor but it's Sunday. Then laughed at me. (HE has filled this medication before.) The last time he refused to fill a medication it was for an antibiotic. My physician's office mistakenly called in 7 days worth instead of 10. They caught it and called to correct the mistake. He would only process the 7 days even after confirming that they had received an update from my physician. He told me flat out that it was MY FAULT! It doesn't seem like it would matter except my insurance would only pay for it once and I was going to have to pay cash for the remaining 3 days worth. Doing so would cost me 5x the amount of our copayment. It took several days but I was able to get 10 days worth filled after multiple trips and calls to the pharmacy. I've asked for the General Managers contact information on multiple occasions. They will not pass my information to him/her or provide contact information upon request. read more

I went to pick up my meds and was told they were working on it, would be 30 mins. I said I would come back the next day. No problem. Went the next day and the young man, who was very rude, told me they had no info and that I had to go the consult line then walked off. Consult lady said that it was in the system but the ins. company would not fill it until the next day, totally not true. Went out of town, for two days, and tried again. Well again I was told they had nothing in the system. What in the world???? Well after three attempts and four excuses.... I told them to cancel my name. I am going somewhere else. I will never waste my time in this place again!!!! Corporate really needs to check this place out and they really need get their act together!!!! read more

i also was referred to cvs by farm fresh (which i loved) and it was a mistake. Prescriptions were not ready and not right. I was given smart mouth by one of the aids there when i was given 2 of the blood thinners instead of another prescription. i made 3 trips there and after the third trip i no more i transferred my things to the cvs on merrimac trail and omg the difference is night and day they are so friendly and thoughtful every time i have been there. I will never step foot in the norge cvs again never. read more

My husband recently had his prescriptions transferred to this CVS. Both times I have tried to pickup refills, there were problems. There were never problems when he used the CVS on Jamestown Road. I won't go into detail here, but he will be transferring his prescription to Rite Aid. read more

Just left this CVS pharmacy and the lady with the glasses and short haircut who checked me out was rude!!! It was clear that she did not want to be there!! She never spoke or greeted me and when I inquired about a CVS card so I could receive the buy one get one she huffed and puffed and rolled her eyes as if I was getting on her nerves. She rang me up and could not wait to place my receipt in my hand so she layed it on top of my bag and walked off. As she walked off, she told the people who were behind me that she would be back in a minute... the rush and why she was unable to perform her job: a young female dressed in blue scrubs was standing at the door waiting to talk to her. I don't care who us standing at the door waiting on you, you wait on your customer..with a smile..and do not rush them and treat them as if you have better things you could be doing. From now on, I will shop where I can be greeted and not rushed because you have family members visiting your job that you would rather be talking too!!! read more
