'm so glad to see the Big Lots in Williamsburg reopen! The store looked fantastic when I visited, everything was very clean, organized, and easy to navigate. It was great to walk through the aisles and see the shelves well stocked again. The staff seemed friendly and the whole store had a fresh, welcoming feel. Great prices. Good inventory. They give coupons if you are a member. The only thing is check expiration dates on food products. I have found several items months old and still on shelves. read more

Nicest Big Lots I've ever visited. Clean and expansive. We've bought furniture from here and have been impressed.

I hear from a lot of people that Big Lots is the plug. I was in need of a last minute gift for my jobs holiday party where we do the white elephant gift exchange and I pulled up here. Nice size store and very open! I found an area where they had gifts and they actually had some pretty cool items that I would purchase for myself like the speakers with the water and led lights that splash to the bass and this winter hat that has headphones built-in with bluetooth and mic, that's pretty dope! I'm not good at gift giving but I found this desktop punching bag that says it's good if you dont want to punch your co-worker lol. Jackpot!!!! So yes, I bought that. Some tissue paper and some gift bags. Everything came up to about 20 bucks. I checked out at 1 of the 4 registers and the cashier was very pleasant and she asked me if i wanted to purchase a gift card or apply for a credit card but I wasnt interested. When I have more time I'll come back and check this place out again. read more

so i literally made an account just to share my experience with this store. The employees are too old to be acting like mean girls in highschool with a napoleon complex. They blatantly profiled me and treated me like a common thief when I was in there to buy toys for my sons bday, not only that when I attempted to address it to a manager it became apparent she was apart of this as well. You shouldn't have to feel guilty for grabbing your phone out of your purse, you shouldn't Walk around a store to see 3 employees circling you like a vulture, honestly it would of been laughable how poorly they executed this and how BLATANT they were if it wasn't so hurtful, you shouldn't go into a store to hear employees OBVIOUSLY talking about you, also I have managed in retail most my life till I got my business going. You are an imbecile telling me you were just trying to offer good customer service. Where was that when you all were following me and I tried to start a conversation and say what I was in there for? You blatantly walked away to gossip with a coworker not even giving me a response you just wanted to recruit more employees to make me uncomfortable. i sincerely hope every employe there has a day as awful as they are. read more
