The worst customer service I've ever received. when I went to lucky on wed the doors were locked for an extended period of time. When I was finally able to go in I was never greeted, male white employee with a hat on was his personal phone the entire time I was in store. When I asked if something was discounted I got a rude response and as I was walking away I could hear him talking on the phone about me laughing. Very rude. Was also told I was not allowed to use the fitting rooms because I could steal? Don't shop here. read more

Dropped by here on the way back from the Williamsburg and Jamestown area. The outlet mall that this branch is in is huge and its sprawling, with tons of parking, but expect to walk a lot because everything is super spread out. Great personalized customer service at Lucky Brand, with wide selection of options for men, and currently running 40-60 percent off merchandise, though with Lucky Brand, the prices are on the higher end to begin with. Lots of dressing rooms, sizable racks with clearanced items, and a very well organized (and not rifled through) shelves and racks. Great shopping experience! read more

New to the area, was able to come in and the amazing associates helped me pick out and choose clothing to go out in the town. Very professional and extremely approachable despite my northern accent. Great prices, great service, I bought lucky brands up north in fact I was wearing a pair when I went into the store would come back again and highly recommend them ! I hit the jackpot here. As far as I can tell, Lucky Brand jeans are a really good quality, and I was so pleased to find a good selection and a variety of price points. There were even some normally overpriced pants for an affordable price. I've worn my fair share of cheap jeans, and I'll say that what you save in initial price you end up paying again when you have to replace them. And to me, cheap jeans often look... cheap. And sometimes it's nice to have a pair or two of nice jeans. When you're ready to get yourself some nice jeans, come over to this store. The employees here hooked me up right away. Jennifer, who turned out to be the store manager, helped me find the right fit for my body type (hey, having kids changed some ratios). Turns out that I wear different sizes in different styles. And not all styles are equally accommodating for curvy girls. Even so, there are plennnnty of styles to choose from. I came on President's Day, so there was a special sale on regular priced premium jeans. 2 pairs for $99. That sounds like a lot, but these are the pants that are normally $80 per pair. Let an employee find you something you love. Because, trust me, they can. I hate hate hate shopping for jeans, and this was an enjoyable experience because the people here know how to find the right style for you. Especially Alexi and Jennifer. Then there's the clearance section, hidden towards the back. The clearance shelf has quite a few styles to choose from if you don't mind a limited selection size-wise. So obviously no guarantee they'll have your size in the style you want, because it's probably whatever's left from last season. There were about 8 pairs in my size, so I had choices. And everything was $19.99, but I guess this was a sale day and they are normally up to $29.99 . Either way, that's a good deal for good quality jeans. The employees were on top of things. Alexi and Jennifer kept bringing me more choices, had the store looking organized, and gave my husband good suggestions for his clothes, too. We left with several new pants and a few shirts. I'll gladly come back here next time we're in town. So happy we found this store! read more

This was every woman's dream: walking into a store of magical jeans that fit! I was there last week, and the first person I met there eyeballed me, decided on a size and fit, grabbed some jeans, and pretty much tossed me into a fitting room! At first I was a bit overwhelmed! How does she know what size I wear? How does she know what style will work? So I tried on the first pair of jeans. Complete shock. They fit so perfectly, I didn't want to take them off! I moved on to the next pair, and again! Perfect! She must have some kind of denim ESP. I dealt with a variety of sales people while I was there, and they were all so personable and so helpful!
