Binn's does have some beautiful clothes, however you have to get beyond the incredibility rude…read moresales staff. they follow you around, like your not going to notice, then when you look to them for assistance, they all but disappear, or act like they will get some dreaded illness from talking with you. I use to shop there and the staff was always helpful, not so much anymore. I'd rather go with out than have someone look down their high brow nose at the very people that make their pay check, something these people seem to have forgotten.

I echo the previous review's sentiment about stuffy service although I experienced this second hand with the my mother - "mother of the groom", who tried to order a dress for my wedding! Not only did they charge her credit card a month before they told her that they couldnt get a dress from a designer as promised, they also failed to call her soon enough about their mistake. Two things come to mind : They totally messed up and did not order the dress correctly or they are a third rate hack of a dress store and have no weight with the designer. Luckily my mom was able to locate the same dress somewhere else! Beware of this place and their false claims of customer service.

I dropped a relative off at this spot to buy an item and do a little window shopping too. Be…read moremindful when shopping to check on the label on how to clean the garment before leaving the store. After we left, she was just curious on how to clean the garment and found something on it that said "California Proposition 65 warning" with a description after it. After reading more information on it, she wanted to return the item immediately. We returned the next day and she was able to exchange it for something else. They did inform her (over the phone) that not all the clothing in the store has that "California Proposition 65 warning" on it, which was good to know and their return policy is only for exchanges or store credit within 14 days (they can explain the return policy to you). I decided to check out the place myself as I noticed they had some cute clothes. You certainly want to make sure to try on everything you plan to buy. I found a cute top and it fit great, however on the same visit, I tried on a jacket in my size in one of their changing rooms in the back and it did not fit. So I tried the next size up and that didn't fit either. In the end, I just purchased the one item (great price). When it was time to check out, I and another patron found ourselves waiting at the cashier area, with no cashier or employee in sight (there were 3 employees in the store when I first arrived). I think I waited around 3 or 4 minutes and by this time, the other patron decided to go back to shopping (I guess). Someone who works there did eventually appear, apologized, and even wondered where all the other employees were. It was not until after I left the store is when I saw one of the employees dressing a mannequin at the front of the store (I could see her from the cashier area, so I am sure she could see the area from where she was located). I guess she couldn't stop to help us or alert someone else who was working there that folks wanted to check out. Overall they do have some bargains, so it is worth checking out.

The female manager of the store barked orders at my sister and I in line while waiting to make an exchange. We didn't know we were to supposed to see a certain person once someone asked if were making an exchange/return as we waited in line. As if they used their ear pieces to pin point who we were and probably were nasty abou it. The manager (I assumed) had a nasty tone saying not to go the other cashier but to see her. NO ONE TOLD US THAT?!?! Idk why she was making deal about that when she should've told her other employees to inform us. Yet, she made an effort to have excellent customer service with every individual in front of the line before us and have a long social conversation. When she finally got to us, on her own time, she was rude. Her overall demenanor and tone was completely unnecessary. Just because My sister wanted to get a refund but wait, that's not possible with them. You get store credit on a piece of paper or exact exchange which isn't a big deal. But like she said, to the manager you're highly inconvenient and a waste of her time. Her overall presentation of behavior was completely unnecessary and once She restores her credit, we will never go there again because of terrible customer service. Both of us wouldn't even label it customer service. If you go there, make sure you dont have any issues with the clothing or manager because it'll waste your time and energy. Yet, they will waste your time as they have side conversations with other employees or with customers that already paid in front of you. Never again.
