After 2 hours of frustration due to downed website of Irregular Choice during their launch of very limited Alice in Wonderland items, I was so happy to find out The shoe_attic.com had a stock of the lovely "Flowers Can't Talk." The order was smooth and I got my pair quickly in the mail. Brittany's handwritten note in the box was a pleasant surprise.

I absolutely LOVE the Shoe Attic! This adorable boutique in the heart of Williamsburg offers not only a great selection of shoes, but also in clothes and accessories, with designers such as Jeffrey Campbell, Irregular Choice, and Sugarhill Boutique! I fell in love with the Irregular Choice's limited edition, the Rudolph flats, in which the nose lights up whenever you 'tap' your feet! I was surprised to hear that the Shot Attic is the premiere choice carrier of this shoe line, and they really offer it at the best competitive prices! I also couldn't get over the Sugarhill Boutique's Alanis Woodland Animal sweatshirt and had to add that to my sweater collection! Staff here are super friendly, and you can spend quite some time in here, just browsing through their items! Searched all over California for these Jeffrey Campbell sandals with NO luck...Google search found this cute little boutique in Virginia. After reading reviews I decided to go for it. Made my purchase online and received my package in a very timely manner especially during Covid 19. Packaging was great and sandals were in original shoe box. Don't pass this small business up!! Ummm... Well this place is definitely a boutique with one of kind items. Prices are what you can expect boutiques to be but the style definitely caters to the style of the area so, for me nothing didn't fit my needs or what I would buy. Absolutely wonderful business! They have a great selection of beautiful and well made shoes, plus the owner is so helpful and gorgeous. The online store is easy to use and their free shipping is impossible to beat, not to mention the fast shipping! Fully obsessed with this place. Ordered a pair of Star Wars Irregular Choice shoes because they were sold out everywhere else and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Shopping online at the Shoe Attic was quick and easy. I got my shoes right on time all the way to LA and Brittany even included a sweet little note. So happy that stores like this exist- little shoe boutiques are my jam. Next time I'm on the East Coast I will have to check it out in person! Thank you so much Brittany!!!! I live in the location and visit The Shoe Attic regularly. Its an amazing little corner shop with a great welcoming vibe and even better customer service. Yes, the prices are a little above what one might spend on a regular piece of clothing or shoes, but everything in here is one of a kind and with a style for everyone, I find it hard to leave without a new purchase. The quality of the items are outstanding! I would tell anyone who is in Colonial Williamsburg that this is a must stop spot. I placed my order on June 24th. On July 3rd I asked the customer service about the status of my order. Though they didn't respond, I was sure my order had already shipped. But that was a totally wrong assumption! - On July 5th I was just informed by paypal that my purchase got refunded! And that is without giving any word of explanation / apologies from the store. I absolutely love shopping from this store!! It is completely filled with gorgeous, unique, high quality products! Every parcel i receive is packaged with such care. The shoe boxes are dent free, the shoes have never had a nick or dent, and the clothes are folded with such care i never have any frumpy wrinkles. I absolutely adore the owner of the store, Brittany. Before putting the item into my cart, I clicked on the hyperlink for "Shipping" for their shipping policy and saw that items over $75 are shipped free (see screenshot). However, after adding the sweater to my cart, I then I realized that I was going to be charged $13.95 for shipping (see second screenshot). I honestly do not understand how a business can advertise free shipping within their shipping policy for orders over $75 and then charge $13.95 for an order that costs $127.46. Clearly this is an issue that needs to be addressed to avoid false advertising.

Adorable little boutique in Colional Williamsburg. The boutique carries flats, wedges and heels in a variety of shoes and boots. Jeffery Campbell, Sam Edelman, Seyshelles, and Unif are everywhere. Clothing styles vary from Mink Pink, Unif and Sugarhill to Dolce Vita, with easy to wear dresses, skirts, jeans and sweaters that are as unique as the shoes. I have four daughters, each has a distinctive style of their own and The Shoe Attic is a boutique that we all enjoy! Great boutique! The majority of my wardrobe is from The Shoe Attic. I'm not fashion forward but Brittany is always able to help me out by picking the best things for me. I LOVE their clothes selection but the shoes are even better. They have the right selection of your everyday shoe plus the pair for a statement peiece. Great place to pick up a little gift also. The socks, candles, cups, and the amazing jewelry are all good quick gift items. I love the merchandise, love the cute owner, love the environment. Definitely worth a trip to colonial. With the new location it's even easy to stop by. read more

What an amazing find in Williamsburg, VA!! I was very impressed with all of the unique styles that were offered at this cute boutique, the selection ranged from beautifully detailed flats to elegant heels. I have purchased several shoes, as well as clothing, from the Shoe Attic, and love the quality. The store has a friendly environment and I enjoy talking with the owner about new styles that will be coming into the store. I live out of town and always stop in when I visit. Found this beautiful, elegant little boutique while meandering about in Colonial Williamsburg. The shoes and clothes are so unique, with something for everyone. The shop owner, Brittany, has excellent taste and an obvious passion for fashion and every item she carries. She was super patient and friendly while I tried on shoes ranging from wild to classic in colors and design. I finally settled on an adorable Jeffrey Campbell flat. Love my new shoes and love shop! This is one of my favorite shops in Williamsburg... great location, so be sure to hit it while you're exploring Colonial Williamsburg! Brittany is friendly and knowledgeable, and has put together a UNIQUE collection of footwear, dresses and fun accessories you cannot find anywhere else!
