Not only did they charge her credit card a month before they told her that they couldnt get a dress from a designer as promised, they also failed to call her soon enough about their mistake. Two things come to mind : They totally messed up and did not order the dress correctly or they are a third rate hack of a dress store and have no weight with the designer. Luckily my mom was able to locate the same dress somewhere else! Beware of this place and their false claims of customer service.
