I use to shop there and the staff was always helpful, not so much anymore. Not only did they charge her credit card a month before they told her that they couldnt get a dress from a designer as promised, they also failed to call her soon enough about their mistake. Two things come to mind : They totally messed up and did not order the dress correctly or they are a third rate hack of a dress store and have no weight with the designer.
