The line to check out took about 25 minutes. I am in my 30s, but I do have a bad back, so standing in place hurts. I listened as they gracefully apologized to all the older folks ahead of me, but they barely said a word to me when it was finally my turn, much less an apology for the excessive wait. I just wish that, being that it's nearly 2025, they'd consider a more efficient check-out system. I included that feedback in my email to them, though they didn't acknowledge it sadly. They really think they are doing you a favor by charging $19.95 for house slippers. Most of the items should be discarded in the trash. They think people are stupid when the double the price and then give you a 50% discount on sale day and even then the half price amount is the retail price you could buy the same item brand new at Ross. This place will close soon. Goodwill reported a record breaking 7 billion dollars of income last year and pays some of the disabled workers as little as little as $1.00 per hour. They should be ashamed as goodwill is supposed to help those in need and not get things for free and then take advantage of the very people they are entrusted to serve. Shameful, Shameful, Shameful.
