Before putting the item into my cart, I clicked on the hyperlink for "Shipping" for their shipping policy and saw that items over $75 are shipped free (see screenshot). However, after adding the sweater to my cart, I then I realized that I was going to be charged $13.95 for shipping (see second screenshot). I honestly do not understand how a business can advertise free shipping within their shipping policy for orders over $75 and then charge $13.95 for an order that costs $127.46. Clearly this is an issue that needs to be addressed to avoid false advertising.

When we were there, a man was playing trombone in the square, people were sitting outside, and the whole area just had a wonderful atmosphere. Recently I had the opportunity to visit the square that's nestled between The College of William & Mary and Colonial Williamsburg. During Christmas is one of my favorite times to visit this area. It was hoping too! Crowds were beginning to arrive in Williamsburg for The Grand Illumination the next day. There was music, and a Christmas spirit in the cool crisp air. I visited a few shops that I had time for that were both favorites and new to me. The Cheese Shop for a snack. This shop has been a place I have frequented for decades, it's awesome and an independent run store like most others. I went to R. Bryant, a men's store. Lulu lemon, Danforth Pewter and a new shop Walkabout Outfitters which is a small chain. It replaced a very well known and established independent store I shopped since early 2000. If you're looking for a unique place to shop, eat and also take in a show at the Kimball Theater then Merchants is the place.

The staff are excited to help you find what you are seeking -- even if you're just browsing. The selection is quite good from the variety to sizes, with new items and a large sale section in the back. I love the sale section, and if I can wait for an item to go on sale, I may find it on the sale rack. If it's really popular, I'll buy it on the regular sale. Parking is available behind the store in a short-stay lot, on the street (though very limited), and in the lot of Frances Street, which offers 2 hours of free parking.
