This place is horrible. Terry the owner is a condescending prick who treats the customer like…read morethey're beneath him. We paid a lot of money for what we thought would be a new engine and when we got it back three weeks later it was just our engine rebuilt but not well. The check engine light was still on and when we went to do our first oil change we found the engine has been mounted oddly so we could no longer use the recommended filter size. Additionally we also found that the vacuum lines weren't connected and laying on the exhaust manifold under the leaking valve cover manifold. The radiator hose was on an antique plastic garden hose shut off (which was broken and leaking) and the plastic tubing had vise grip hose clamps. The exhaust manifold only had one bolt in it and it wasn't even tightened all the way. There were additional leaks that caused a small engine fire with melted wire sheathing. For the money and the time we should have just bought a new vehicle or did the repairs in a parking lot somewhere. So if you want to get ripped off and screwed over hit this place up. But remember to save some money for the post repair repairs. I'll be over here pushing my vehicle off the road and crying over the craptastic services I received.

The yard goes back so far, I could easily spend an entire afternoon here looking through all the awesome parts. I first came here when the engine siezed on our 2002 Toyota Corolla. Highly recommend, 10/10. Great guys, great facility. I will be bringing my parts business here from now on.

Truck Access Plus (2549 E McDowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85008)…read more I've been at Truck Access Plus since 8:00 AM when they opened, and I felt compelled to write this before I even pulled out of the lot. They corrected a poorly installed Retrax EQ that another shop had messed up -- and that alone took hours. No shortcuts. No frustration. Just focused, meticulous work until it was right. From there, they custom-modified my Yakima OverHaul HD stanchions to integrate cleanly with my ADD roll bar. This wasn't a bolt-on job -- this was real fabrication. They even primed and painted the modifications so everything blends seamlessly. That level of finish tells you exactly what kind of standards they operate under. What truly sets this place apart is the work ethic and culture. Every single person in that shop touched my truck at some point during the day. Not one person stood idle. It was like watching a well-oiled machine. Mario was out there with his crew the entire time -- hands on, leading from the front. They didn't stop moving, and they didn't stop refining until it was perfect. While working on my truck -- which was far more complicated than most -- I watched them complete dozens of other vehicles. Customers rolled in without appointments and were still taken care of. Quick fixes, clean installs, professional attitude. No ego. No excuses. Just pros doing what pros do. They had everything in stock and knew their installations without needing to pull up instructions. Confidence backed by experience. These guys are the real deal. If you're looking for truck accessories, fabrication, overlanding setups, or custom work done right the first time -- I highly recommend the team at Truck Access Plus at 2549 E McDowell Rd., Phoenix, AZ 85008. Thank y'all for making my overlanding dreams come true. The truck isn't just built -- it's a work of art.
