Bad place careful spending a cent , just walked out of this store (I am a new customer that got…read morerecommended to shop here) the front desk personnel treated me like they are just too good for their customers they laughed at me and seem to be annoyed for walking into the store, glad I didn't give you my business. You guys can go and not treat well your customers that's up to you or have better practices and keep on business. Definitely telling construction colleagues about my bad experience in this place, not recommending but the total opposite. Laugh at that both ladies at the front of the business.

Kevin Fanter the manager "helped" us choose our doors and windows on our new home. After spending…read moreover $70,000, the windows were mis-ordered, the doors were fine except for one with a backwards latch that took us 6 months to get fixed. The last "fix" involved replacing 6 windows that should have been tempered glass, but weren't. We were very surprised when 15 windows showed up instead of 6, but Kevin refused to refund us any of the $2700 he charged us for the windows. Then, even one of those was the wrong size, so we at that point had an outside glass company fix it for $700. This is a terribly managed organization, communication was terrible all along, strongly recommend you deal with a reputable organization. There are problems in any company, but how they respond to the customer is the mark of their integrity. In this instance they had none.

Yeoh! One door would not open. When I looked a small piece on the bottom was undone and the top was about one and half inches open. I called Mountain States right away. At this point the door was under warranty by the manufacturer and not Mountain States; however, Mountain States knew that the manufacturer would be unable to do anything until next week. He did not want me left with a door that would not lock. He sent Mountain States Building Products repairman to the house. Doug, thank you for coming. Doug reviewed the problem and after a long careful study determined that movement in the foundation caused the window to come off the track and out of alignment. He fixed it!!! Initially we liked the salesman and the way he conducted business. Now, we see a new side of the company. After 4 years, they stand behind their products and their customers. So glad we found you. Two years ago I purchased a glass shower installation group from B&G - door, fixed glass panel,…read moreoverhead barn door rail with rollers, and all the hardware. I'm a DIY homeowner and had landed on B&G's product after months of planning and shopping. I also purchased a granite counter slab with sink installed from B&G - let them cut the slab and install the hanging sink. Everything was done well, cut to the exact dimensions I ordered. I did the precision measure myself and gave them a printed and digital file of exact shape I wanted - akin to laser measurement. They were very clear on what they would warranty and what they wouldn't. I took a lot of risk because I picked up all products at their facility and took possession there. I lifted (with help of my sturdy teenage son) all this upstairs and installed myself - built-up pan with a liner, tile, counter top - the whole bit. B&G reps were very helpful the whole time up to payment and taking possession. They even recommended ways for me to take possession that would limit my liability if the counter top cracked. Basically they loaded into my truck for me. This did two things. First, it saved my back. Secondly, if the granite slab was prone to breaking due to a natural weakness or something then the load would be a great time to check, and they would have provided a new slab had that happened. All the products were high quality and as advertised. The communication couldn't have been better. Regarding the reviewer named Yancey - I understand the frustration at having to wait for parts, and maybe given the money you spent you wanted more communication. What is also obvious in your review is that your contractor owns most of the issues there. If your glass is coming detached from the shower, that sounds like an install issue and not a product issue. I suspect the glass was installed incorrectly such that the glass/shower connection was subject to a separating force, or there was some other problem with the install design. That kind of stuff is all on the shower design and installation. I'm guessing your contractor was you, your brother in law or some other DIY type. Any qualified contractor with industry standard skill level would not be relying on the product seller to instruct them on installation method,
