After spending…read moreover $70,000, the windows were mis-ordered, the doors were fine except for one with a backwards latch that took us 6 months to get fixed. The last "fix" involved replacing 6 windows that should have been tempered glass, but weren't. We were very surprised when 15 windows showed up instead of 6, but Kevin refused to refund us any of the $2700 he charged us for the windows. Then, even one of those was the wrong size, so we at that point had an outside glass company fix it for $700. This is a terribly managed organization, communication was terrible all along, strongly recommend you deal with a reputable organization. There are problems in any company, but how they respond to the customer is the mark of their integrity. In this instance they had none.

I paid for everything and hired someone to bring it to Pueblo cause I don't have a vehicle to carry 16 ft railing When I found a stairway man he looked over everything I got. The wooden pieces didn't fit together. No hardware I called and Jetemy told me everything was special order and couldn't return anything. When I bought it he said it was on the warehouse and didn't know anything was special ordered. Asked if I could exchange pieces for ones that would fit, he said no, all special ordered So now I have lots of money into stair bannisters that I can't use Woman charged me 450$ to bring down my parts. Too bad I didn't know I couldn't use them since they don't fit together. I have never had such a bad experience and I thought Jeremy was very nice helping me Wrong

B&G were very flexible in scheduling both the measuring appointment and the installation appointment, which I especially appreciated with my busy schedule. There was one point in the fabrication process where Mel called me to inform me that my countertops were actually going to require the use of two slabs of stone, which was different from the original quote. She worked with me to make adjustments to the size of my kitchen island so that we were able to keep our materials and costs at just one slab - which made a huge difference! In the end, we think the island turned out even better with the slightly smaller dimensions. The countertops were installed flawlessly, and they even managed to keep our longest countertop to one piece with no seam! We have an older home with some definite challenges, and they navigated those challenges extremely well. We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops and would highly recommend Bath and Granite!
