I paid for everything and hired someone to bring it to Pueblo cause I don't have a vehicle to carry 16 ft railing When I found a stairway man he looked over everything I got. The wooden pieces didn't fit together. No hardware I called and Jetemy told me everything was special order and couldn't return anything. When I bought it he said it was on the warehouse and didn't know anything was special ordered. Asked if I could exchange pieces for ones that would fit, he said no, all special ordered So now I have lots of money into stair bannisters that I can't use Woman charged me 450$ to bring down my parts. Our developer used YK Stone and we couldn't be more disappointed. The quartz they installed had…read moresignificant discoloration from the start (why they thought this was acceptable to install is beyond me). They keep saying "that is how the stone comes", which is a lie as we compared the same quartz to other homes in our neighborhood who installed it. The reality is they had a poor project manager who did not check his work and they do not want to admit it. We also had a granite expert come in and confirm this is not normal and that the quartz was not properly sealed. I would highly recommend staying away from using this company, and if you have a developer, make it clear to them that you want a different company used for your countertops.

Good products and decent prices, but they sure make it hard to do business with them. They operate…read moreon "banking hours", so getting there after work or from outside the 10-mile radius of Denver is very hard. Those of us coming from Longmont or Boulder, who have to deal with rush hour traffic after 3pm, find it almost impossible to get there unless we leave in the middle of the day. That's not usually possible for those of us who work for a living! They close at 4pm (5pm officially, but you can't get anything cut after 4pm), and Noon on Saturdays. Of course, they won't cut sheet goods at all (unlike Home Depot), so that's never an option unless you have the ability to carry 4x8 sheets. All in all, they act as if I'm doing THEM a favor by buying from them. I DREAD going all the way down there and only do it when I have no other choice. It's MUCH easier to go to and work with Rockler, even though they are further away from Boulder, because they actually want my business (unlike Austin). Austin Hardwoods would be so much more successful if they adapted a more customer centric approach. I guess they don't need (or want) the business from non-contractors.
