I paid for everything and hired someone to bring it to Pueblo cause I don't have a vehicle to carry 16 ft railing When I found a stairway man he looked over everything I got. The wooden pieces didn't fit together. No hardware I called and Jetemy told me everything was special order and couldn't return anything. When I bought it he said it was on the warehouse and didn't know anything was special ordered. B&G were very flexible in scheduling both the measuring appointment and the installation appointment, which I especially appreciated with my busy schedule. There was one point in the fabrication process where Mel called me to inform me that my countertops were actually going to require the use of two slabs of stone, which was different from the original quote. She worked with me to make adjustments to the size of my kitchen island so that we were able to keep our materials and costs at just one slab - which made a huge difference! In the end, we think the island turned out even better with the slightly smaller dimensions. The countertops were installed flawlessly, and they even managed to keep our longest countertop to one piece with no seam! We have an older home with some definite challenges, and they navigated those challenges extremely well. We are beyond thrilled with our new countertops and would highly recommend Bath and Granite!

We couldn't believe some of the prices people were asking for flagstone on nextdoor and Facebook for a measly pile. This is a great alternative. CASH or CHECK only. They do not accept credit cards so keep that in mind. We bought two pallets that were delivered when they said they would deliver. We had a great experience and would return! It's best to just GO there rather than call to see if they have supply. There is SO much inventory, it's worth a walk through! It's like Disneyland for DIYers!

You could spend…read moreforever here looking at all the different types of bricks they have and if you're a brick lover like I am it's worth it to come here just look around. So how the process goes is you take a look around and find what you want then you speak to someone about how much that type of brick costs. Typically they are $.35-.$.45 a brick regardless of how many you buy. We ended up easily saving a couple hundred dollars for the bricks we needed compared to buying brand new bricks. Then you load them up and pay in the office. Keep in mind that they only accept cash or check I thankfully happened to have a check in my wallet but I typically don't have them on me.
