Teddy a sweet pup but struggled with anxiety, reactivity, resource guarding and was VERY sensitive to being touched and would often lash out or try to bite. We were really worried about how to help him and how to curb some of these bad habits we'd no doubt reinforced with our own behavior. When I called Brett for the initial consult, he was patient, understanding but also honest and direct about the time and effort it would take and the changes we would have to make to have a real impact. We were open to the feedback and committed to making a change in and out of our home. WOW. We've been working with Brett consistently for 3 months and Teddy is like a new dog. He is calmer, happier, more obedient, and much more confident and tolerate of being touched (especially on sensitive areas like his paws!). Our friends and family have all been shocked at the noticeable difference in Teddy's overall demeanor (happier and calmer!) and behavior. Our groomer asked us what had changed as he was so much calmer and happier to deal with. I want to be clear this is no "magic pill" we put in the work but with Brett's guidance and structure, we cannot believe the results. Teddy is of course still a work in progress and we have more work to do, but seeing the progress he's made in such a short amount of time with Brett's thoughtful approach has been so exciting. Brett truly understands dogs and their psychology and this makes him a true expert. Just know that part of the training process is training your pup but also training yourself to adjust your own behaviors to create a positive outcome long term for everyone. We cannot recommend Brett enough!!!

Brett has been absolutely wonderful in the time my dog Bailey and my family have shared with him…read more He is courteous and caring when it comes to the dogs he helps. Our dog Bailey is a very reactive dog and has a past that had her in a kennel for most of her life. She had no interaction with any dogs outside of a kennel and most of those dogs also had issues of their own. Brett has helped her with her focus and her attention span has severely lengthened. She understands very well the place command and sees that as her lil' dog cave. She has also picked up the "heel" command pretty well and no longer tries to pull me around when out on a walkabout. The one on one sessions are very informative and Brett clearly demonstrates his knowledge of his business every time we meet. There are also Saturday classes to attend while and when finished with the one on one sessions. There are different levels of Saturday classes to help address the specific issues your dog may have. It's also a great opportunity to meet other dogs and their owners. Thank you Brett for helping us with lil' Bailey.

Upon parking I did note that there is very little parking in the back, I think I just got lucky to get the spot directly in front of the door in the back of the building, and I did find myself wondering what would parking be like during class time, I read in other reviews that some people have to walk from farther away because of the parking situation. I entered and thought it would be quite a small building, but actually the facility is quite spacious. They have one large room (with no windows) that they use for Private training sessions, and then they have the main large space where all their training classes take place and large windows. The facility is very clean and impressive and I saw the trainer playing ball with one of the dogs who was so well behaved which was nice to see as an example of what my puppy could be like when she grows up. The way it seems to work is you have to buy packages to be able to get credits to sign up for classes. Then you can use the website or you can call to ask to book the classes. One qualm I have is since they don't have a structured program where you show up weekly for classes, it means anyone can just jump in at any time. I think the concept of not being forced to do a weekly class makes sense, but at the same time for a puppy who needs structure and direction in addition to socialization, I do want something structured. If the classes fill up fast and get waitlisted, that must mean that some people don't get to train their dog that week? I wouldn't want to miss learning something with her and be forced to wait for another class or forced to take private classes to make up for it. I wish that I can purchase just one credit and try one class to see how it is before committing to a whole package. I do love that zoom room has so many classes to choose from though, including play time, socialization, agility, and sometimes they do nose work classes. I would love to do all of those. I am still researching training facilities and if I decide to use Zoom Room which is on my top three list of options, then I will update in the future how my experience goes.

I take him anywhere and he's improved so much in terms of reactivity. we are not perfect in terms of dog neutrality yet but WOW we have come so far. I take him to Runyon and Fryman, which I would have never done before due to all the dogs. I'm excited now when I see dogs, to help him practice making good decisions. I want the best for my puppies, so I asked so many different people where and how they trained their dogs. I received a few suggestions, but decided to do my own search...and I'm glad I did. Leo (Owner) and his amazing team of trainers TRULY care about the pups they train. Leo came to my home and wanted to meet me and my pups before I had to decide on making any decisions. After sitting down with him for about half an hour, I knew I found what I was looking for: Someone who wants me to have healthy and happy dogs. I signed up for the in-home training at first which is Leo coming to the house and training me on how to train my puppies (Archie and Charlie just turned 6 months and started with Leo and his team when they were 4.5). Very quickly, I realized I could not handle training both these puppies the way they needed to be trained. I discussed with Leo and decided to do a Board & Train. I like the schedule because I get to take the puppies on the weekends to spend time with me. Don't get me wrong, you NEED to train your pups on the weekends, but it's worth it and FUN. Archie has become the Puppy King (no offense to other puppies or their owners )). Charlie has a lot more energy, but has improved immensely! Leo's trainers are so caring. I feel my dogs get love with their training when they're not with me, and I couldn't ask for more. I see their excitement whenever I visit about improvements and milestones that Archie and Charlie achieved. They gleam with as much pride as I do. I honestly don't know where my pups OR I would be without the help of this AMAZING Team! If I could give 10 stars out of 5 stars, I would!

Sasha worked with us for 3 months and taught us so much. She guided us through each scenario, showed us we should have more confidence in Roma, and set us up with a system of tools, exercises, and mindset to empower her. Roma was nervous with the team at first, but by the 3rd month she fully trusted them. Now Roma is learning to stay in place and ignore people and dogs, and she's more confident in crowded areas. She's no longer picky with food either. We learned it's okay for her to skip a meal instead of bribing her with cheese. It's not the end of the world! If you have an anxious dog, take the leap. You could have also tell Remy was very comfortable with them. When we picked up Remy he was happy, healthy and very excited to see us. He also exhibited more attention and checked in with us more. Pulling on the leash became non-existent and his new default is now to sit in a heel position. The only improvement I'd suggest is that I wish I received more updates regarding Remy while he was boarded. We received a photo and say a couple of videos on Instagram, but more would have been welcomed. Regardless, we're happy with the training and the additional homework/tips to practice while at home. What I love about the ranch as opposed to other boarders is that I know the dogs are continuously socialized & stimulated. They don't sit in isolated rooms, where you have to pay extra for socializing or play time. They get a lot of exercise -- you can pay for hikes or training sessions during boarding. We enrolled Poppy, our 4 month old puppy at the time, in their 10-day reverse board-and-train program. I wasn't expecting her to come out perfectly trained in 10 days, but I did expect the level of intensive training they advertised on their site. The trainer we got was sweet and had a calm energy, which I liked since Poppy was skittish around new people. But the actual training didn't come close to matching what was promised. We have security cameras at home, so I could see exactly what was happening while we were gone. Most days were only 5-10 minutes of actual training. The rest of the time the trainer was watching TV or on her phone. If we'd wanted someone to watch TV with our puppy, we could've asked a neighbor for free. By the end of it, Poppy knew "sit" and "down" and not much else. The separation anxiety and potty training work we'd specifically talked about before signing up hadn't really progressed. I want to be clear, my problem wasn't that she wasn't fully trained in 10 days. It's that we paid for a specific service and didn't get it. I emailed the owner, Jeff, sent him the video clips, and asked for a partial refund. He wouldn't address any of it directly, just offered services that were already included in our package and turned down the refund. Then he was rude to my husband on the phone, which threw me because my husband is about as easygoing as they come and almost never gets worked up over anything. I also found it concerning that the exit document I was given included a clause saying clients agreed not to post negative reviews. I never signed it, but seeing that made me question how much honest customer feedback actually makes it online. Super shady. We ended up going with a different trainer afterward, and Poppy turned out exactly how we'd expected her to after actual, consistent training. Maybe we just got unlucky with the trainer. I can only go off our own experience, but between the training we actually received and how they handled it afterward, I wouldn't recommend them.
