I almost gave two stars because the vet was honest and friendly. But everything else is terrible. I often have trouble scheduling appointments. The facility is FILTHY! The vet techs are hot or miss. One was very aggressive with my cat and almost broken his neck getting him into the carrier. They charged me for an exam on a cat who had already had an exam that year and only needed shots. The place is also super unsafe: cats can crawl under the table and get trapped, cleaning products and other items are left out in reach of animals, heavy pictures on the wall are only held by push pins (and very easily knocked down when your cat squirms about), and today I bumped against a counter and got a gash on my back. The tech tells me it happens all the time yet they don't find a way to protect people or animals from it? WTF! I'm super pissed. I was nearly in tears and wanted to leave. I hate that my cat still ha to go back for her vaccines because sh couldn't get them today. I don't even know what I paid for. I just had to get out of there. I always fear my cats will get sick being there. I only go there because it's the only vet close by, and we're moving next year. I was hoping we'd be done today but I have to go back and I'm not thrilled. Wear protective clothing there. I'm definitely filing a complaint about the sharp table corner! *Just got my receipt and they charged me twice for the fecal test! One poop doesn't need to be tested twice and even Dr. Chilla-Smith said so. But since they don't answer their phone I'm just seething in anger! Time for a new vet. read more

I don't like it there , I used to. For some reason unbeknownst to me each time I take my dog there for a routine checkup / rabies shots I am always being confronted with additional " concerns" although each time my dog is given a clean bill of health( eyes clear, teeth clean, no runny nose, pleasant smelling breath etc) they are always pushing the " get your dog neutered " agenda on me ALL the time. It is my right to decide when or if my dog gets fixed or not, and what kind of vaccines she gets if any. They never tell you up front what the costs is going to be and wait until your dog is in their care and they have already done what they wanted to do with your pet, which is completely unfair to put a person in an unfortunate / uncomfortable financial position. And they always do this. It's never fails..each time I've asked how much the service would be in advance..no one could give me a direct answer . .. never..I suggest they get their business fully in order because they've pissed off the wrong person read more

So. Much. Love. for these people. Okay, so I have a rescue dog, and she is a jerk. She's pretty much petrified of everything and anyone and will eat your face if she thinks it'll make you leave her alone. She hates strangers. She does not like to be touched. She REALLY hates the vet's office. But she LOVES Dr. Perry. Most vets are good with either people or animals. Dr. Perry is one of the few who is amazing with both. From the moment dogface came in the door for the first time, they took their time charming her with snacks until she was as close to putty in their hands as my dog is EVER going to be with anyone other than me and my partner. Y'all, I can't even make you understand how amazing this is. Every other vet she's seen has just been like, well, slap a muzzle on her and go to work, which just traumatizes her further, and to see such patience and love put towards my little mutt practically made me tear up. Everyone here has been nothing but thorough, patient, kind, and genuine - they're nice but don't talk to you like you're stupid, either. Basically, I wish most of the human doctors I know were this awesome. My dog was actually excited about going back for her next appointment! It turned out that dogface had a pretty horrific case of bladder stones that somehow no other vet had ever noticed, but Dr. Perry caught onto it immediately. She ended up needing surgery, but the staff did an amazing job making sure we knew exactly what to expect. Not to mention that the end result cost about 25% less than the national average for this surgery + tests + medications + everything else. But that's just a bonus. I feel like this summarizes why I love these guys: when I dropped jerkface off for her surgery, the receptionist gave me the usual spiel about how they'd call us when she was out and tell us when to pick her up, and then said, "In the meantime, you can call me and check on her every 10 minutes if you want. If I'm not at the desk, leave a message and I'll call you back and tell you how she's doing." I just feel like these folks understand animals AND people on a pretty unusual level. side note: hey lady in the waiting room who thinks smacking your dog in the face is the best way to get it to sit still and be quiet? we're ALL judging you, kthxbye. read more

These ladies (I've only seen and dealt with women here) are some of the most professional and well informed that I've met in this profession. From the phone staff to the office visit, you (and your little one) will be leaving with a smile and peace of mind. Both my visits went without hiccup and I was even seem on an "emergency" walk-in visit without any issue....now that's dedication. They saw my sick pup and didn't give me, "sry you don't have an appt" bs. They can also provide you a local cab phone number, but be sure to inform the driver that you'll be traveling with an animal....you'd think they would suspect that being that you're calling from the vets office but hey. shrug Cash & Credit. This place has been going downhill since I started taking my dog here three years ago. There is always a long wait even with an appointment, and they usually only see you for about 10mins while you waited over half an hour. One appointment I waited 20 mins in the appointment room and came out to check, only to find out they actually forgot we were there! Another time the vet tech almost anally checked my dogs temperature without lubricating the thermometer. I also needed to a get a rabies vaccination certificate in order to take my dog with me across the Canadian border for vacation. The certificate requires the trade name of the vaccine. They only had "canine rabies booster" written, and when I asked them to add the trade name, there was a whole confusion about records being lost/not updated. They said they would give me a new tag instead, so when I went back the second time to get the certificate, it was still same. They ended up ripping the label off the vaccine vial and sticking it on the form. Really hope they toss that vial or relabel it in some way. Overall the place has become very unprofessional. I plan on changing vets. Hopefully they can transfer the vet records without any issue since their records don't seem to be updated or properly documented. read more

We live down the block from this clinic and usually will take our 3 dogs here for check-ups and vaccinations. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the front-desk staff. Dr. Belvedere is outstanding and usually does a thorough job. The receptionists or people at the front desk are awful. I usually have to call several times before the phone is answered (if answered at all) and most times just end up walking to the clinic to ask questions. When the front desk does answer the phone, they are very rude, rush you off the phone or cannot answer the simplest of questions If it weren't for the doctors or the close distance from home, I would not come back here solely because of the front desk employees. These are the first voices/faces you come in contact with and they need to be more respectful and have a better representation of the clinic. I came home from vacation and found my cat had a limp. After taking her to one vet who wanted to do a $1000 surgery, I decided I wanted a second opinion. I came to Yelp for advice and found Pawsitive Vet highly rated and that several comments indicated it was also an affordable vet, which was a priority for me after what I had already spent and been quoted by the other vet. I was happy to be able to schedule an appointment online and I went in to the office a couple days later. I saw Dr. Perry and she was very understanding of my concerns. In the time between my previous vet visit and my visit to Dr. Perry, my cat's limp had improved significantly. Dr. Perry viewed the X-rays I brought from the other vet as well as examining my cat herself. She did not recommend immediate surgery, but instead took a wait-and-see approach. She suggested I bring the cat back in 4 weeks to be reexamined - and the second visit was at no cost! By the time of my second visit, my cat seemed fine and Dr. Perry suggested just keeping an eye on her and checking back in 6 months to one year. I was very glad I sought a second opinion and did not subject my cat to an expensive and likely unnecessary surgery. I will definitely go back to Pawsitive when I need a vet in the future. read more

So we have three cats and came here for getting them spayed, vaccinations, and a few checkups. Its been said many times on here, but I'll say it again- reception staff is bad. They are unclear in their paper work, bad at keeping records. We have been overcharged, had reception staff change their minds about what something cost- once, when I was asked to come back later with a stool sample, they had no record at all of it being asked for, and I had to stand around waiting for them to figure out what to do with it. When one of my cats got fixed, they also refused to put the cone on her before she left, leaving us to try and deal with a very disturbed and drugged cat at home, in danger of ripping out her own stitches. Theres also a tendency to be opaque about how much services cost, and to try and upsell services that you don't need, but to leave out services that we do need. When we decided to change vets and go to the newly opened (and great) Alison Animal Hospital http://alisonanimal.com/ they refused to send pet records over to them after being asked more than once to do so. Once they finally sent in records, it became apparent that they never gave any of our cats the FIV test. When asked why this was, they had no answer.... which is unfortunate, because as it turns out, one of my cats has it, and will require specific health considerations that I really would have liked to know about earlier. No explanation. I'm really happy this new place opened closer to where we live, because I don't plan on coming back here. read more

Just recently our dog was having acute swelling, vomiting, and diarrhea. Needless to say, we were worried. Dr. Coletti reassured us while running the gamut of tests and talking us through everything. I rated them with 5 stars, so they must be doing something right. I called last minute for an emergency appointment because my dog was itching like a crack fiend. They told me they could not guarantee me an appointment because they were booked solid, but I could called the day of in case there were any cancellations. Well, after much hoping and praying, I was squeezed in for an appointment because someone else came in early and was done already. So I rush over to the vet with my little doggie at hand and he was examined immediately. The vet tech asked me about my dog and he filled out his data info on his iPad. He was nice and very straightforward. Then the vet comes in, Dr. Johnson, and she examines my precious dog. She gave him a few shots to stop his itching and it worked wonders. She was very knowledgeable about the possible culprits to his itching madness. She was very gentle and caring about my dog's condition. On top of that, she called me a week later to follow-up on my dog's problem. I have never had a vet call me for anything. I really think I found the right vet for my dog and I will definitely be coming here again for his annual shots. The prices were very reasonable and the receptionist was such a darling. Just a quick note to let everyone know how the practice is set up to extract unnecessary money from clients. I adopted a dog a couple weeks ago, and have all relevant paperwork associated. My puppy is required to receive his next booster & I therefore called to make the appointment for this. The guy I spoke with on the phone, put me on hold and after speaking with the vet, came back on the phone to tell me that they cannot just do the shot without the annual wellness visit. ($56) I told him that this wasn't necessary as I only needed the shot at this time... for which he responded that they would not administer a shot unless they "got to know the dog first at the wellness visit". This is extremely unacceptable... and bad practice. You cannot FORCE a client to choose a service that is unrequired and not needed. *It would be like going to the dentist for a cavity filling - and them saying "we can't do the filing without getting to know you first by doing a cleaning". read more

I have been a client of this veterinary practice since last year and disappointment is the least I can say I have felt about the practice. I do not know if Dr. Perry knows how things are being handled by her staff and other doctors in the practice but I certainly hope she does not. Today I called because my dog, a patient of Pawsitive Veterinary, was bleeding from her ears. The staff person who answered the phone told me they could not do anything because everybody was on lunch break until 5:00 PM and that they were booked for the day. It was 4:17 PM when I called. I told her that she was bleeding a lot and that I needed to go there immediately. She asked me to wait on hold until she spoke with the veterinarian (I do not which of the vets was there). She came back to the phone saying that the vet has said that I should go to an emergency facility. I then told her that it would be better if the vet saw her first to make sure this merit emergency room attention since emergency room care is so expensive. She said she could not do anything because they were not an emergency facility and that there was not staff available until 5:00. THEY WERE TAKING THEIR LUNCH BREAK. I told her that I did not understand this response since my dog is a patient of the practice and as I understand if something happens to my dog during office hours I need to take her to her vet first before going to the emergency room. She repeated she could not do anything. I then said that I would like to come at 5 pm to get my dog seen by the vet and she told me I could go but she did not know if I could be seen because they were booked for the day. Now, I would like to ask Dr. Perry, Dr. Mattson and Dr.Wardell, how is this possible? How can your staff be so insensitive to a patient's needs when they need them the most? How can you deny care to a dog that is your patient and needs you? This attitude is absolutely incomprehensible and unacceptable. How can I take my dog to a practice that does not show the least amount of compassion for her when she needs it the most? I encourage everyone looking for a vet for their dog to think about this when choosing the right vet for your dog. When I decided to come to this practice I thought I was going to find a practice that was compassionate and kind. Obviously, I was wrong. The place who was supposed to have the back of my dog when she needed it the most left her alone and let me scrambling to find someone to help me as fast as possible, Fortunately, through making some calls and talking to some experienced friends I was able to stop the bleeding and now she is better. I took my husky/chow mix, Andy, to Dr. Perry today, and I can't tell you what a fantastic experience we had! I made my appointment online yesterday afternoon (so easy and convenient!), and was able to get in this morning first thing. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist who offered me coffee (twice!), and gave Andy a wonderful ear scratch. We were taken to our exam room in short order, and the vet tech did a brief but thorough history on the iPad, took a (really great) picture of Andy for identification, and had Dr. Perry in to see us within 10 minutes. Best of all, there was no pressure to do anything other than what we were there to do--procedures were explained, different alternatives for the day's treatments and tests were offered, and I was not traumatized by the final tab--a big plus given the recent household finances. The bonus of the day is that the office is within walking distance from our apartment, taking away the stress of the additional hour it would take to get back and forth to our old vet. Andy had a lovely walk home after getting 2 treats from the receptionist, and I could get to work at a decent hour. A huge thank you to Dr. Perry and her wonderful staff! Made and appointment and went in for a rabies vaccine. When I called back a week later so I can get the rabies tag and certificate, they told me that my dog actually had received a vaccine for kennel cough. This was shocking especially because I told the vet assistant that I did not want anything else but the rabies shot. And when they gave my dog an ORAL treatment, I asked again if that is the rabbies vaccine because it is normally a shot. The vet assured me that it was. So really, don't understand how this happened. The vet assistant eventually gave my dog the correct vaccine free of charge. But when I went in, the vet completely ignored me and did not even come to apologise. There's one doctor at a time and it's a popular place. But the personal treatment you get is completely worth the wait. I can't speak highly enough of Pawsitive, and particularly of Dr. Perry, whom I've seen most often. I have a sickly little dog and he has to go in frequently. She is easy and fun to talk to and has a good sense of humor about the animals and their (speaking for myself here) neurotic owners. I wish she could be my human doctor. It's all pretty much the same inside, right? I also really believe that she -- as well as Dr. Johnson -- are honest people and are not trying to overcharge or over-diagnose for financial gain. I've been to vets where this is not the case. The rest of the staff is really nice and relatable, and the receptionist whom I normally see there is the greatest-- really friendly and laid back. She doesn't get annoyed when my dog marks her desk -- it has happened more than once -- and she is willing to fax in the pet insurance forms for you. They also usually will squeeze me in if I need to get something checked on immediately. I live 2 blocks away so it's really convenient, but looking at other reviews it sounds like people are coming in from other neighborhoods and even boroughs because of the superior quality. I hope that doesn't mean they'll be booked solid, but I'm glad to see they're doing well because I want them to stick around. read more

The entire staff was amazing, and everybody who met my Baby Buster (pit/Dane mix) fawned over him and made us feel special from the moment we walked in. Buster, being the monster puppy he is, wasn't very well behaved while we were waiting, but the staff was really awesome with him. My entire visit cost just under $200- he had a wellness exam, bordatella booster, heartworm test, fecal test, and we received a six-month supply of Vectra and HeartGuard. Ridiculously affordable! Dr. Perry is fantastic- she really went above and beyond to make Buster's first vet visit enjoyable for both him and me. And best of all, nobody pulls guilt trip bullshit here. There is no "well if you love your dog, you need x, y, and z for the low price of $$$". I highly recommend Pawsitive! read more

Okay, okay...I agree! Five stars for real. I started coming here when I read the reviews and also realized this is in my neighborhood! I do think it's weird that it's in Flatbush, but it doesn't say it on the website, but anyway.... My cat was acting really strange so I made an appointment with Dr. Perry. The place is small and cute and Dublin, the resident cat, patrols the area like a furry cop. I must say my only complaint is the wait - I'm used to being in and out, like at BK Veterinary Hospital, but it's not the case. I waited about 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen. The vet techs come into the room and ask really detailed questions and I could tell Dr. Perry took the time out to actually read my cat's history. After analyzing him, she was able to diagnose him, but wanted to make sure with a blood test...and of course, she was right! My cat had lost about 7 lbs this year and I was a little worried about that...and his drooling....Well, he got medication and we are still monitoring him. I even went in for a second time, with no appointment because he wasn't taking the meds well and they saw me pretty quickly for someone with kind of an "emergency" and didn't charge me crazy either. I'm happy there is a vet that is now a $6 cab ride away with an amaaaaaazing veterinarian, Dr. Perry in charge. read more

Through searching Yelp reviews for good veterinarians in my area, I ran across Pawsitive. It's not often you see a business that receives such unanimous 5-star reveiws, so I figured I'd give it a shot (usually I prefer word-of-mouth on things like doctors). Dr. Perry and her staff exceeded expectations. The clinic is in a modest storefront location that's clean and well-kept inside. When our cat was ill and not eating, we were able to make an appointment online and get in same-day despite the fact that this is not an emergency clinic. There was a brief mixup about our appointment time (due, I'm sure, to our last-minute online reservation) but Dr. Perry and staff saw us right away anyhow. My wife and I were more than impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were kind to our pet and their treatment of her inspired confidence. When it came time to pay, I had a maximum figure in mind that I would consider 'reasonable,' and the actual total came in about 15% under that figure-- not a bargain-basement price, but certainly fair. Dr. Perry encouraged us to call back the following day with an update. I'm sure she sees a lot of animals, but she really was able to put forth the impression that she cared about us individually, which meant a lot. My first high-school job was actually in a veterinary clinic, and while that doesn't qualify me as any sort of expert, I have seen firsthand a bit of what running a veterinary clinic is all about behind the scenes, and I get nothing but the best of impressions from Dr. Perry and her clinic. All of the staff were amazing from Zorayda setting up the appointment and squeezing us in, to the extremely patient, talented and knowledgeable vet. They give you drinks and snacks, it smells nice inside, with a vibrant bright green decor with matching scrubs! A completely different vet experience. The office is new albeit a bit small so you may have to move your pet to let another dog pass. They worked with us on payment to make it affordable to a friend who has very little. With the deal on yelp it is the cheapest vet in Brooklyn but you are not sacrificing any quality. The price of bandaging even includes coming back for repeat bandaging. I was very impressed and handling a strong, wily pitbull going through excruciating pain was not even an issue to them. My friend could not afford the vet but thanks to Pawsitive we were able to make it and thank Yahweh that we did! read more

What a difference three and a half years make... I stand by what I said originally, but that was when it was just Dr. Perry seeing my pets and Zorayda was the main (if not the only) receptionist. Now, I'm kind of forced to see whomever is available since Dr Perry's availability has changed. And if Zorayda's not in the office there's no telling what type of service you'll get because these other ladies make really silly mistakes, don't answer the phone and/or don't follow directions well. I am no longer able to book appointments online, the snacks and coffee are no more and the waiting room triage doesn't seem to be provided anymore. I have no idea who these new techs are, it seems like a new staff each time I visit; I'm pleasantly surprised when I see a familiar face. Also, the visits now seem rushed after waiting over 30 minutes to be seen most times and I'm starting to feel nickeled & dimed. I probably would have moved on to another vet practice if it weren't for the history and for Zorayda and her upbeat efficient front office. I can at least still get an appointment sooner than later if I call and parking is still plenty easy despite all the filming going on in the area. I'm grateful for the years of quality affordable care I got in the beginning when I had to go frequently for my 2 cats and my young dog. Now that I'm just down to my little dog (one cat died, the other moved to Florida with my ex), I only go every 4-6 months for booster shots. I'm still a fan, but knowing how it was before, I feel It's just not what it used to be. read more

She is patient, caring, thorough and dedicated to good service without charging for expensive, unneeded tests. She is committed to quality care for a very fair price. For example, she does not charge for follow up visits just so people don't compromise their pet's health to avoid a fee. She accepts the "Muffins" coupons for spay/neutering as well as some of the other discount services available. She sends prompt vaccine documents, invoices for my pet insurance via email making my life easier. She has made house calls to my home and I have seen her off-site at Trixie's pet supply as well as in her friendly office. HIGHLY RECCOMMENDED. read more

I recently went through the difficult experience of finding out that my 4-year old cat had developed a very rapidly spreading cancer, having to put him to sleep at far too young an age. As traumatic as this experience has been, I absolutely could not have asked for a better vet and staff to have proceeded through this with. I worked primarily with Dr. Perry but even when she was on her day off, Dr. Chilla was just as attentive. Their recommendations were always with my best interests at heart, they periodically checked in, and they showed both me and my animal exceptional compassion. Everyone on the staff is phenomenal, and although I am one of many patients, both Dr. Perry and Dr. Chilla remembered each and every detail about my animal's situation. As someone who has had cats and dogs my entire life, I could not more highly recommend Pawsitive Veterinary. I will continue to go to this office for as long as I live in NYC. read more

Pawsitive Veterinary is amazing! Dr. Belvedere (formerly Dr. Johnson) is such a compassionate vet and the whole staff are so caring - plus, they are affordable! You can tell they all truly love animals and are not in it soley for the money. Unfortuntately my cat lost his battle with cancer in January. We had been to another vet and they couldn't figure out wha was wrong with him and I lost a lot of money and time before I took my kitty to Pawsitive. Dr Belvedere and the entire staff were warm, caring, affordable and diagnosed my cat within the week. They were with him every step of the way...all the way til the end. I had my cat cremated and received his ashes earlier than expected. They even sent me a sympathy postcard within 2 days after my cats passing. I am so happy my Petey was in such good hands. During his battle, Dr Belvedere and the staff answered every phone call, every email and would even call me to check up on him - they are the BEST! I have a dog and just adopted a new kitten. It is odd to write a review about your most beloved pet dying. However it is the care that was given and the concern that followed, makes me write this today. My elderly dog had come to the end of his life and I knew it to be true. I was given options, we all knew there were no real options, but the options that were given were a kindness that should I feel to keep him suffering at least I knew I did not have to let go. However I am of the mind that pain without reprieve is wrong. Dr. Belvedere was kind and compassionate. No one rushed me and all arrangements were taken care of swiftly before his euthanization. I would have felt better had the room been sound proof, as animals in the waiting area do make noises and if the place that did the cremations had sent his ashes back a little quicker. But this is nit picking on my behalf as I have taken no bad memories his death. read more

Amazing experience! I have a pit who is a year and a half and also very very high energy. Dr. Chilla is fantastic. She knew exactly how to handle my pit and was so patient with him. Two other vets I've been to get annoyed and at times, Rush the visit. Dr. Chilla made sure to take her time and really gave him exceptional care. Her passion and genuine care for helping is evident in her work. Additionally...the front desk staff and the assistant were great! Very kind and made sure to explain every detail. Even asking little things such as if it would be ok to give my dog a treat! The customer service was phenomenal. Seriously the best vet I've been to. I won't be going anywhere else! read more

Two days ago was my first visit to Pawsitive Vet clinic. Having visited other vets in my area I never experienced the kind of wonderful service the staff of Pawsitive and Dr Perry offered to me and my 3 lb Chihuahua. Pawsitive staff was attentive, patient, kind, and thorough. Upon our arrival we were offered drinks and snacks repeatedly. Complete medical history was recorded and photo was taken of the patient, who vomited all over me clearly illustrating our reason for this visit. Dr Perry took her time with her tiny patient and made us all feel a lot better. The very next day I received an email with lab work attachment and a very personal note from Dr. Perry discussing test results and further treatment. My dogs are 3 years old and I had cats in the past, but this is the first time I can say that we have found a vet for life. Offices of Pawsitive are conveniently located, clean, the staff is friendly. They are a great addition to the Kensigton and Ditmas Park area. read more

This place is great. I took my two Maltese in to get a check up and updated shots since we just moved to the neighborhood. The vet techs and Dr. Perry were sweet and patient with them. They do get very busy on Saturdays though! It's best to make an appointment during the week. read more

The reason this is not 1 star is because the vets themselves are good, nice and competent. Also the location is super convenient for us. The problem is with the techs and receptionists. We tried calling and were put on hold for 10-15 minutes several times, when its not even busy. It's crazy and rude. I challenge the owners to try this. Call from your cell I the back and see how long you wait. Came in one day for a nail trim (That was redone at the groomer the next day since it wasn't done well) and the vaccines weren't checked. Turns out one expired. That caused us to have to come back and have it done the next day. Big hassle, they could care less. Must be hard to find decent receptionists and techs. 1 read more

I hate to leave a bad review because there were 2 staff members who were really sweet & nice. However - it seems like staff is confused after people check in. Staff members walk around yelling the animals name to identity the owner, so unprofessional. Then they tell you business in public which is fine because it's for an animal, but the practically scream for everyone to hear. The floors need to be swept & cleaned being that there is traffic all day with animals. Lastly, they are very unsanitary, before we went into the private room, there was an open jar of lubricant with a wooden stick with hair all over it so if they stick the thermometer in there, they are making contact with other animals. Found a much cleaner professional place. read more

I'm very happy to have found this place, our previous vet retired. The waiting area was a nice size with comfy seats and with a no 8ce amount of information. Now for the exam review: my cat is a punk, we know he's a punk. He hisses and twists and bites and tries to claw, but only at the vet. At home, what a mush. Anyway, Dr. Perry and the vet tech were absolute pro's, they had his number. Dr. Perry even weighed the cat carrier so that next time we could leave the cat in the carrier and reduce his stress. They asked me questions about Oscar, we discussed what vaccines we could do at the moment and what we could wait for. The office is a bit of a drive from our house, but entirely worth it. read more
