I'm very happy to have found this place, our previous vet retired. The waiting area was a nice size with comfy seats and with a no 8ce amount of information. Now for the exam review: my cat is a punk, we know he's a punk. He hisses and twists and bites and tries to claw, but only at the vet. At home, what a mush. Anyway, Dr. Perry and the vet tech were absolute pro's, they had his number. Dr. Perry even weighed the cat carrier so that next time we could leave the cat in the carrier and reduce his stress. They asked me questions about Oscar, we discussed what vaccines we could do at the moment and what we could wait for. The office is a bit of a drive from our house, but entirely worth it. read more

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. The vets and staff are superb and really take the time to get to know you and your pet. My cat was a bit sick and vomiting and I took him to Pawsitive in a panic. The vet was calm and explained the possibilities-in addition to letting me know that she didn't feel an x-ray was necessary at that time (unlike other places that will encourage you to get them and then slam you with exorbitant bills). She wrote a prescription and even made sure to call the day it was finished to see if there was any improvement. I love these guys- they are THE BEST. read more

Very professional clinic. Our kitty, Cristal, had to have surgery after hey discovered she had crystals in her bladder (hence the blood in her urine) and they did a great job before, during, and after he surgery. Highly recommend to anyone that wants to have their furry friend have a general checkup or if they have an issue that needs to be diagnosed. read more

I was so thrilled with my experience here that I had to write a review. I'm a new cat owner/caretaker and made an appointment after hearing good things from my neighbors about the place. I didn't know what to expect but Dr. Chilla-Smith and her vet tech were amazing. Both with the cat and with us. They took the time to get to know our cat and listened to our concerns then got down to business (it was a gland expression problem). If there's any issue that you can use to gauge the expertise of a vet's skills it's certainly gland expression. They were so great through the whole process and I feel so grateful that my cat was in their care. Also the prices are utterly reasonable. The place is small but don't let that fool you into thinking that this isn't an A-level vet clinic. read more

Great neighborhood vet! Fabulous staff and doctors! My american bulldog cut his paw swimming in the lake and they were able to fit him in a half hour after I called, offered great care including laser stimulus to help speed the healing process. They are great with his long term care as well keeping prescriptions up to date pre-ordered. I am always pleasantly surprised when it comes time to pay the bill as well. read more

Drs. Perry and Belvedere are excellent. They are knowledgable about the latest and best medications to treat my dog - and took him off medications that weren't working. My dog had major surgery, and Dr. Belvedere walked us through the whole process and follow-up with great care. The staff is awesome and has low turnover, which is a good sign that the work environment is enjoyable. Most of all, I love being able to schedule appointments on-line and communicate with the Vets via e-mai. Their fees are also very reasonable. I highly recommend Pawsitive Veterinary! read more

These guys are fantastic. They all seem to be true animal lovers, the prices are reasonable, they are accepting of raw feeding diets, they are very considerate of my concerns and wishes and we can have a sensible conversation about things like my wishes for minimal necessary vaccinations and come to a sensible conclusion. I dread us moving away and having to find a group to look after our fur baby as well as these guys do. read more

After 3 years, I still think if you can see Dr. Perry you're in good hands. Unfortunately she only seems to do late nights on Thursdays. Had mixed experiences with other vets there. After having a less than great experience with a vet in Astoria, so glad I went to Pawsitive. I feel like Dr. Perry (and staff) actually care about my cat. And even though we've only been once since moving to the neighborhood, they have a site where you can email questions (ex. My indoor cat has fleas! She chews on wires! What do I do??) and Dr. Perry always responds. read more

This vet is excellent! Dr. Perry and her staff were so welcoming to me and my dog on our first visit. We recently moved to Brooklyn from Los Angeles and needed to find a new vet. I saw all of the excellent reviews on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. The visit was great! The doctor was incredibly thorough and kind. She answered all of my questions and offered some great suggestions. I will absolutely go back again and would recommend Pawsitive Veterinary to anyone out there looking for a new vet. read more

This is by far the best Vet on the planet. When i fist got my aussie pup back in august i spend a good 2 weeks trying to find great affordable vets in the area and pawsitive veterinary by far was the best i found. They don't require you to pay an exam fee if the appointments are repetitive like for puppy vaccines. Also they're great with payment . if you don't have enough money they'll just tell you to pay the remanding balance next visit . they're great with appointments (not making them, rescheduling etc. ) and to top it all off EVERYONE in there are friendly. the the doctors might just be the best ones in brooklyn. I really do see myself going to this vet for the rest of my pup's life . And for any new animals i might get . GREAT SERVICE, AFFORDABLE, ANIMAL & PEOPLE FRIENDLY !!!! 5 STARS + read more

I live in Manhattan, but called just about every vet with 4 or above star ratings on yelp, and in all boroughs. Based on ratings vs. price, I chose this one and am SO SO SO glad I did. Taking our cat on the A takes about an hour and we rented a zip car to take the dog, but it's totally worth it. Their prices are cheaper than my old vet in Chicago, and they are fantastic. They are probably the cheapest vet in the city for what you get. Their care is wonderful as well. Our cat needed surgery and tests prior to the actual surgery, and Dr. Perry called with results at 10 pm, on her own time, because she'd been busy. She really cares about the animals, as does Dr. Johnson, which is obvious. We just got back from taking my dog for his annual exam and I'm thrilled. It was affordable, but more importantly, Dr. Perry took the time to really make my dog feel at ease and had a wonderful bedside manner. She took the time to really talk to us and explain what was going on with our dog as well. Additionally, and this is something I really appreciate, since my dog has been on heart worm medication since he was old enough to start taking it, it has never lapsed. Rather than do an unnecessary heart worm test, she advised that we should do it next year since he's up to date. To me, this is the mark of an honest vet that just wants the best for the animal, not their bank account. I would highly recommend this vet to anybody in the tri-state area. Truly. Between the care they give the animals, professionalism of the doctors, and the overall cost, I don't think you can do better than this place. They've officially secured another loyal customer with me. read more

I've been taking my dog and cat to see Dr. Courtney Perry for the last 5 or so years and the experience has always been phenomenal. The first time I visited was with my sick kitty and she kindly took me over her lunch break because their schedule was full! She takes her time to explain everything clearly and the notes are detailed in an email that's sent to me after the visit. She is always very clear about how much services cost so I can make educated decisions on how to proceed. I also love that they're online (for appointments) and respond promptly to emails. read more

Dr. Perry and the staff at Pawsitive Veterinary are wonderful. The office is small and they only see one patient at a time, but they take it all in stride and with such class. They are also such a technically proficient office. Everything is electronic records. You can make appointments online which is a plus. Tiffany the vet tech came to us in the waiting room and via Ipad put together Petal and Petunia's (our cats) basic medical records. Dr. Perry is lovely. She took two very nervous cats and made them feel much more comfortable. She was thorough and cheerful, explaining every action along the way. When you come in they offer you coffee, tea, water and snacks for the owners and treats to the cats and dogs. We will definitely be back. We are so glad she and her staff are in the neighborhood. Oh and Dublin, the office cat is awesome. He is definitely the Senior Vice President of Public Relations as Scott (I think) told us he was. What a sweetheart. read more

I have taken my 3 large dogs here for everything from lymes disease & embedded porcupine quills to routine shots & flea meds. Doctor Perry and her wonderful staff always outshine with their competence and friendliness. I make very little money and never felt I was being "sold" an unnecessary treatment like other vets who work on commission. I have moved 3 hours upstate and, after my dog was hit by car, went to 3 different vets. None of them could handle even one of my scared dogs the way Doctor Perry was able to calmly handle all 3 of mine at once. I have even considered driving the 6 hour round-trip just to bring them back to her. Additionally, I work closely with many vets in my new area as part of my job at an animal sanctuary. I think nearly every time, "Doctor Perry would know how to calm this animal. Doctor Perry would be more sensitive in this animal's last moments. Doctor Perry would never speak in text book jargon or with this arrogance." read more

They dont know what they're doing. Money hungry. I went here 3 times and even referred a friend (which I regret). The first time I went I brang my cat in because he had a heart murmur and needed to get neutered. The first visit with whatever tests they said I had to do in order to get him neutered was $215 in total. They said my cat needed to see a cardiologist before the surgery so that was another $310. Then the surgery they charged me $300. A year later I noticed something wrong with my cat and I sent a video of what was wrong like they requested and they told me to do tests which was $200 in total and to do a sonogram would be like $800+. They call me a week later to say nothing is wrong but yet I was charged $200 and they still send me emails to get a sonogram done? Dont recommend seems like they dont know what they're talking about or doing. The workers look like they want to die. read more

Very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and professional doctors, assistants and front desk staff! They took very good care of my sick dog in calming manner which I really appreciated. I stopped taking my dogs to other vets because my dogs got too nervous and we couldn't do it anymore. So many of my friends who have dogs recommended the Pawsitive Veterinary, am dim so glad we decided to go. I will highly recommend them as well. Thank you everyone Pawsitive Vet! read more

This place is fantastic! I called, themI was hysterical, as my dog ate a poisoned mouse and was really sick. They got her right in treated her, gave her shots, treated her allergies which I wasn't aware she had, gave me a case of dog food and ran stool tests, and charged me $200! I thought that was soooo reasonable! Also she got shots, extra meds, care instructions, and they were so nice and helpful not to mention professional. We got Dr. Belvedere and Nurse Tiffany and they were both amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone! read more

Very sweet receptionist and attentive service from the doctors. It's a bit of a walk for me but glad they're in the area to get my dogs checked out. The staff isn't pushy either in selling meds or whatnot, which I have experienced at other vet locations. Will be back next year! read more

SOOO happy with this veterinary office. Nice people, helpful, communicative, willing to work out the right treatment for my pet.

After 19 years my lovely sweet cat "Captain Charles" was at the end of his road. Both Dr. Perry and Dr. Belvedere treated me and Charles with so much care and respect and I am so thankful for them and the excellent healthcare and attention they provided. Communication was very clear and respectful of the pain I was in over losing him and very comforting when faced with such a hard decision. Thank you both again for your excellent work, clear explanations and caring bedside manor. read more

Me and my pooch love Pawsitive! Dr. Chilla is awesome. After adopting my pup from North Shore and using their vet services for a very brief time, going to Pawsitive was a huge relief. The doc made my furry boy at ease, and he's no longer tense or nervous visiting the vet. Chilla takes her time with each consultation, addressing any and all issues and concerns before you leave her office. 5 stars! read more

****Update 3.17.16**** Phoned yesterday (a Thursday) at 6:30PM to try and request to have my cats' records sent to a different practice. According to their website, they're open until 8PM on Thursdays; however, I sat on an automated hold (elevator music, followed by a voice recording stating that "someone will be right with you") for over 20 minutes. One of my cats seems sick, and since I don't feel like waiting 2 weeks for an appointment at Pawsitive, it would be nice to be able to have the records sent to a new doctor that is able to see patients sooner. I guess this type of request takes weeks as well. ____________________ I still believe the doctors and techs are great, but I can no longer bring my cats to this practice. Pawsitive never seems to have same day appointments for clients with somewhat urgent matters. Today I called to try and get a same day appointment for my cat, a patient at Pawsitive. It wasn't an emergency like he stopped breathing or anything, but he did begin displaying some urinary type issues this morning, and my experience with cats has taught me not to wait around when an UTI rears its ugly head. I phoned Pawsitive in the morning and the rather apathetic receptionist informed me she could absolutely NOT fit me in today. She then explained that the doctor would need a urine sample before anything could be diagnosed (yes, that's right, I was informed by reception to obtain a urine sample from a cat that can't pee in the first place) so I should just go ahead and drop one off and await the results. When I asked again if there was any chance he could be seen today, that I felt it was an urgent matter, the receptionist stated that Pawsitive is "not an ER!"... yea no kidding, but it is a practice that should be able to see its clients for common ailments like UTIs on a same day basis. Lovely receptionist did go out of her way to give my phone number to the doctor in the office. The doctor did call me an hour or so later, but I was unable to answer my phone since I had taken my cat to VERG by that point. Luckily, I caught his symptoms early enough and he will likely recover at home with medications. Twenty-four hour hospitalization is a reality with some UT disorders, so I'm glad I didn't just wait around until Pawsitive could squeeze me in. I have grown up with animals all of my life and have been a client at multiple veterinary practices throughout the years, and not once have I ever been denied a same day sick visit until I started coming to Pawsitive. In fact, last year my dog (a patient at PHAH) also experienced UT difficulties and PHAH had no problem at all giving us a same day appointment. Stop accepting new clients if you have too many. A patient should be treated as a priority, not an inconvenience. read more

I am super impressed with this clinic. I've worked with both doctors Wardell and Perry and they have given us the attention and help we needed. They are super responsive and quick to answer any questions I might have. They are also super friendly and both my cats have been very comfortable around them. I'm very happy I've found them. read more

I cannot say how frustrating my experience has been here. I don't think I've ever had a good experience . It is definitely tainted by the fact that when I got my kitten spayed they called me surprised that she was a female even though they had seen her twice before and the bill was four times the estimated amount. My experience has been similar from then on. Their lack of attentiveness to my pets has just resulted in high bills. It is very clear that I am annoying them for being concerned about my cat and feeling like they are not listening and do very little for my cat. I've had to beg for antibiotics when I know something is wrong. I've been told over and over it will take multiple visits to find out what is wrong and after the third time, I am done. I will never bring my pets back here. It is much worse post-covid. The doctors were very clearly annoyed for me requesting to speak to them prior to examining my pet. I was answered at the door with someone eating a chicken wing, who actually put a finger up for me to wait while she grabbed it. My cat peed in his container the last time I dropped him off, which means that not only was he in his crate for over 5 hours, the whole reason he was there was to get a urine sample. The pee was so dark from blood that the carrier is stained even though they tried to clean it. My frustration is through the roof, and I will never be going back. I am $800 in the hole and still waiting for a solution and test results. I've known something was wrong since the beginning and two months later, my cat is still in pain and they have told me it may take a few more visits to understand what is wrong. read more

We followed Dr. Perry from the 6th. Ave. Animal Clinic in Park Slope a few years ago and trekked our cats down from Crown Heights because of her truly outstanding care. Now we live in Flatbush and are much closer! Our cats have seen Dr. Perry, Dr. Belvedere, and Dr. Chilla-Smith and all of them are kind, careful, and conscientious vets who follow up to check on your critters days later. Dr. Perry accommodated a last minute appointment minutes before closing on a Thursday night and quickly diagnosed a life-threatening condition in one of my cats that required immediate care at Blue Pearl and I am forever grateful for that. I wouldn't bring my pets anywhere lese. read more

So happy to find Dr. Perry and the crew. The staff always makes me feel welcomed and cared for, even when scheduling appointments! Free coffee, cookies, and conversation, and cheerful critters to say hi to you. Interestingly enough, all other clientele I've met at the office have also been wonderful. Dr. Perry and the pet nurses are extremely clear on explaining everything they are doing to my kitties and on all diagnoses and medication. As someone who's living on a very tight budget, I find the prices reasonable. My kitties hate the subway ride over but are calm and cheerful at the vet's office! Definite recommendation. read more

Dr Perry and her Vet Tech came to do a home visit today for my rather difficult cat. Well, she's a sweet cat who doesn't like going to the vet -- they both had tremendous patience with her and her companion (who isn't so feisty) and I was very happy with the services provided, information that was explained to me about their health needs, and with their bed side manner. It was totally worth making a home visit appointment. I recommend Pawsitive Veterinary Services -- it was a very pawsitive experience. :) read more

I visited Pawsitive Veterinary today for the first time and had a great experience. Dr. Perry is fantastic and her assistants are also very good. Tiffany did the initial exam work with my kitties (weight, temperature, etc.) and had a nice way about her - both with me and with the cats. Dr. Perry joined us about 10 minutes later and was really terrific. She found a slight heart-murmur in one of my cats that no other vet had ever mentioned. Dr. Perry took the time to explain the potential causes of the heart murmur and possible treatments. She was not aggressive about selling treatments or services and I left feeling as though my cats were well cared for and that I received excellent service for a fair price. And now, several hours later, I'm noticing that my cats are seeming more active and happy than they usually are. Dr. Perry did them right! I'm delighted that Dr. Perry opened her practice in my neighborhood (Ditmas Park / Kensington); it's a welcome addition! read more

I took my kitten here as she hadn't had a checkup since she was spayed a few months after she was born. About a year later I took her to Pawsitive Veterinary and the staff there was tremendous. My kitten gets very scared and cries loudly when placed in her carrying case. When I walked in we were welcomed right away and didn't need to wait more than a few minutes to get shown to an exam room. The assistant helped to calm my cat down and showed great professionalism when listening to my concerns and checking out my cat. She was also very helpful in diagnosing my cat's diet and demeanor. I told her the food I had been giving her and she suggested some healthier options that I will definitely look in to. Less than 10 minutes later Dr. Perry came in to the room to further check out my cat. Dr. Perry was very helpful in checking out the internal systems of my cat and making sure that nothing was physically wrong with her. I mentioned to the staff about taking notes regarding what they had suggested regarding diet and keeping my cat healthy. They said not to worry as everything we discussed would be listed on the bill. After having her nails trimmed, I went up to pay and was very pleased that the rates she charges are very competitive. I was going to take my cat to Petco in Union Square for a basic checkup and Pawsitive cost only a few dollars more and saved a lot of people the sound of a crying cat for 1/2 an hour on the subway. I will definitely be going back when my cat needs to be checked next. read more

Sadly I had to come upon Pawsitive veterinary for a sad reason - my 18 year old cat Tashie starting drooling out of the side of her mouth one day. After a few days of worry I was recommended Pawsitive from my neighbor, and they saw Tashie. It was bad news, an xray showed she had kitty jaw cancer, and it had eaten away most of her right lower jawbone. I of course lost it while Dr. Johnson gently explained what would happen. The best that could be done was give her antibiotics to keep infections at bay but I would soon have to make the hard decision when to put her to sleep as the cancer was very advanced. That decision came about a week later after she had a seizure, but thankfully Pawsitive will make a HOUSE CALL to put your animal to sleep. I was so glad because I didn't want to put my kitty through any more stress. Dr. Perry was the one who came, and she and her assistant couldn't have been nicer. She explained what would happen during the procedure so I wouldn't be surprised, and after it was over and I was crying, they even brought a box of tissues. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. read more

Pawsitive Veterinary is my neighborhood vet and I'm so glad I can say that. My big furbaby and I have been coming here for several years at this point, mostly for routine checkups and shots, but late last year we had to deal with several really difficult superbugs that plagued my poor boy for months. We're not sure how he got them, but thanks to Dr. Perry and the rest of the Pawsitive staff we managed to avoid scary liver-damaging treatments and instead fought off the superbugs through a course of antibiotic medication and weekly visits that spanned a couple of months. Having spent so much time at the clinic I feel it's important that anyone considering coming here know that Dr. Perry is super awesome, as is the vet tech staff. read more

Dr. Perry is the animal whisperer! My cat was ill last summer and gave Dr. Perry and her assistant a VERY hard time. And yet, even with all that "catiness" Dr. Perry and her staff was incredibly patient and understanding. I, on the other hand, was horrified by how my usually sweet cat was behaving. That said, the examination was completed and my cat recovered very quickly. I happily endorse Pawsitive Veterinary--they are fabulous! Signed, Extremely Grateful in Brooklyn read more

Have been taking my baby Kiwi (she's an English Bulldog) here for over a year, since she was 9 weeks old. We have dealt with all the Vets there and we love them all! They are so great and accomodating (even when I sometimes walk in without an appointment on a very busy Saturday). It's not too far from home and the prices are very reasonable. Also for the people who said the place is dirty or whatever, its a fine place and its a vets office, how clean can it really get?! You have all types of furry pets coming in and out and I always see the techs cleaning up the office. I have worked as a Vet tech for 7 years, I know the ins and outs of a Vet office and Pawsitive is doing an overall great job. read more

Can you give them more then 5 stars??? This place is AMAZING from the staff to the doctor you wont be disappointed. I have a 6 years old pit bull who I have had since about a week old when we rescued her from a basement. Unfortunately she has a terrible skin condition that has brought me to just about all the local vets and with no relief for her or my pockets. After years of throwing all of my money into dead ends I got fed up and turned to steroids for her which I really wasn't happy about but I was tired of seeing her suffer. I was last told that my dog NEEDS a $500 allergy test or I'm pretty much the worse pet owner in the world and with a new baby it just wasn't possible. Pawsitive was my last hope. I walked in not expecting much because we have been let down and robbed by so many other vets that I felt it couldn't get better then what I have dealt with in the past. I was WRONG. From the moment I walked in and met the friendlies receptionist you will ever meet I could tell this place was different. She was funny and even remembered out conversation from the phone a few days before. It was like we were old friends showing pictures of our kids to each other and just having a good conversation. Truly a wonderful person. But it didn't end there when I got into the exam room with my baby girl I then met an amazing tech. She isn't your cliche vet tech she has red highlights and tattoos which I really felt was cool being someone who has tattoos and piercings it goes to show how UN closed minded they are which I really needed seeing I do have "killing machine". She asked some questions and gave bear tons of love she really loves her job and animals which is clear from the way she got down and talked to bear and made her feel comfortable. After she spoke to us and got done mushing bear up we were waiting to see the doctor. Great here we go UN needed skin scrapings making me feel like a crappy owner because I don't have the money to afford every suggestion and not to mention the whole "I'm the vet i know what I'm talking about speech". To my surprise she actually listened she didn't do a skin scarping as I had explained she has had so many after examining bear and me explaining that her ears are a nightmare and that I was told previously that she would need to be sedated and have her ears deep cleaned for another $200 she did a cost effective swab of her ear and told me that had a yest/bacteria infection due to her skin condition and gave me a $20 bottle of ear drops. That's a $180 savings but it didn't end there we then spoke about a plan of action and I when I got home I wondered if I could take a different route a day later SHE called me and I told her about my concerns and we decided on an even more cost effective route. Its been less then a week since bear has been there for her first visit and her ears haven't looked so good in years. I really have a lot of faith in this place they really give me a sense of relief that finally bear is going to be able to enjoy her life again. If you are like me and you feel like you just cant keep spending money and getting nowhere and your just looking for a place with honest good hearted people then this is the place to go. I will never walk into another vets office again. The Skeptic P.s and bear really likes the treats too! That and not getting muzzled and held down like a man eater. Thanks guys. read more

I adopted a cat a little over a year ago and it was time to take her in for shots. I had heard wonderful things about Pawsitive from others in the neighborhood (I'm a local) and they did not disappoint. I showed up at Pawsitive covered in fur and scratches after a battle to get my cat in her carrier and left with a completely demure cat who behaved beautifully for both the vet tech and Dr. Monica Johnson. I'd almost venture to suggest that she enjoyed her visit. I know I did - I felt totally at ease, appreciated the offer of coffee and water, loved the office kitties even if my own kitty did not - and everyone I spoke with was fantastic, from the receptionist to the techs to Dr. Johnson. I felt like they took the time to answer my questions and to make the cat feel at ease, and their recommendations for future care were excellent. Can't wait to go back (although the cat may feel differently). Update: I had to return to Pawsitive for a sick-cat visit, and I have been so impressed with the level of care that I had to update. Dr, Belvedere and Steve the vet tech were so great with my cat and I truly appreciated the follow-up phone call the next day to see how kitty was dealing with her meds. read more

I was referred here by a friend. I love Dr. Perry and Dr. Chilla-smith. They are super awesome. I do think they need to train their front desk people a little better, as there is always confusion regarding appts, meds etc. My only gripes are that it is not that close to my house, but it is a great vet. It can also be hard to get an appointment, however they have friendly vet techs and prices are ok. read more

Dr. Perry is a great vet, super kind, gentle and understanding of people and animals. Her services are beyond affordable and I have always gotten the sense that she genuinely cares about my dog. I am so happy I happened upon her practice, and even now that we have moved to the East Village, we make the trek to Brooklyn to take advantage of her services. Dayhanna the vet tech is also our favorite...when our dog Rosie recently had to have a very stressful surgery with an even more stressful recovery, she was awesome every time we went in and really made the whole experience much easier! read more

I would NEVER bring my pet back to this place. My cat pooped in his carrier after a routine check-up and they LEFT HIM in the carrier. He was filthy and miserable when I picked him up. When I called to ask what happened and spoke to the doctor, she told me my cat had been very aggressive which leads me to believe they have minimal skills when it comes to treating animals with gentleness or kindness. My cat has always been very good with these types of visits. If you ever try to call, you'll typically be on hold anywhere from 5-10 minutes and if you leave them a message (as they recommend on their recording), you will not receive a call back because no one listens to those messages. After all this, they didn't send the lab work which I needed for my cat to have surgery. My surgeon's office called them several times - they ignored the request. (They seem to have a bad reputation with other vets as well.) I had to call them frantically the day before surgery and demand the lab results. They acted like they were doing me a favor. I emailed Dr. Perry, the owner, letting her know about my disappointing experience - no one ever responded. I am not surprised. The staff is apathetic. They are disorganized, rude and extremely unprofessional. Do your pet a favor and go elsewhere. read more
