My pups needed a cut before COVID hit, but I wasn't able to do so. As the month passed, their hair was getting so long, it was unmanageable. I called and asked if they would be able to squeeze me in. I called on a Wednesday night, and they told me I could come in on Thursday morning. On Thursday morning, I arrived (at the wrong location) and they were so helpful. They called the South Orange location for me, and told them that they would keep me at the East Orange location. They were thoughtful and patient with my pups. My younger pup has SEVERE anxiety, and they were so patient with him. One of the members was sure to play with him prior to me leaving to help him calm down. The haircuts came out beautifully. Thank you Animal Kingdom for awesome service!!

Our dog was attacked by another dog a few years ago & that trauma left him very uneasy around other dogs...he loves people...so we have to find the right person to care for his grooming needs. Cookies Paws was the 3rd one we tried after moving to Morris County in July 2021. Today was no different than the last time...she confirmed & was here on time. Manny had no problem jumping into her grooming truck and walked out happy & excited. Manny looks great, smells great, & feels great I highly recommend her! PS she may not answer right away but work with her...she's a solo MOBILE business owner. And FYI her personality is soft & gentle which I prefer for my dog because pets feel our energy & react accordingly. SIDE NOTE: Be considerate & kind to hard working businesses especially a mobile business that travels from client to client like Cookies Paws.

She just gave our dog a bath. I was kinda frustrated and asked what was done in 3hrs since he just had his bath. She said "oh we played and gave him some treats then gave him a bath". After all of that she said. We cant do anything because your dog was getting upset with the blower sound and when he was on the table he cant focus on getting his trimming and nail clipping. She could have called us and told us what was going on and didnt have to waste 3hrs of our lives. She kinda looks mad that our dog wasn't cooperating with her low level grooming skills. Duh! He's a puppy and his first time. She expects the dog to sit still. To make the story short. We left and took him to petsmart everything was done clipping and trimming in 30mins. I saw my pup on the table at pestmart and the lady stated that our puppy wasn't cooperating with the trimming and clipping was a lie. I dont recommend this place to anyone that has a pup that needs something done. Look else where. You will get upset from their service and lack of professionalism.
