My Miko has anxiety and he was nervous for his first grooming session, but Cassondra made sure to take time with him and try to curb his anxiety. Things I love about her service? Everything! The service is top of the line, with a mobile service van that comes directly to your house and your pet is groomed inside. She even takes the time to send you updates and pictures throughout the grooming experience so you can see the progress and find out if anything worrying (like Miko's anxiety) is going on. Cassondra pays extra attention to the pets and knows when they have reached their limit which happened when it was time for Miko's nails to be trimmed and his ears to be cleaned. We definitely will need to work on desensitizing him to those things, but overall I am impressed with Cassondra's service and her patience with my little guy. Miko came out smelling like a new dog with super soft fur! I didn't even know his fur could be that soft! We will definitely be booking again to help Miko progress and make grooming a fun relaxing experience. Oh and did I mention? Cassondra also grooms cats! She also will have a "grooming" party if there are multiple pets on the same street (or if you just want your friends to hang out while all the pets get groomed) ! However keep in mind there will be a limit as to how many pets she will be able to groom in a day, based on size and how well they are while being groomed. Definitely spoil your pets and try ClubPawsh, it is worth it for your pet to have a great spa day, while getting clean and making friends with their new groomer!

When you enter, there are two big screen TVs so you can see your pet on one of them. Our Maisie had a blast going to "school" for half-days when it was winter and she needed to run around more than in our house. When we would pick her up, they'd announce, "I need Teeny Maisie from Small Dogs" and we could see all the small dogs run for the exit with JUST Maisie being brought to us! The dogs are SO SO happy. And a GOOD dog is a TIRED dog. We had Janelle for a couple of training classes, and she knows her stuff. We got excellent training and tips from Janelle - she was authoritarian and organized, and gave individual attention as needed. Highly recommend! Lastly, yes, there's more, we have had wonderful grooming done at DDB. Always a great job on grooming, very happy. This is a great business and we will continue to support them.
