Jack was professional, very friendly, and informative. He gave me a jar of their pearl cleaner. Gave. He has a wonderful personality. This jeweler has several collectables, too. Porcelain dolls, trains, etc. and also importantly, coins. They have a numismatist Tuesdays through Saturdays and do appraisals with offer to buy. I find this jeweler to be very helpful and friendly. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Make sure to examine or test your items quickly because you have 24 hours to return your items. I've returned different items that either didn't work or were damaged and haven't had any issues. A few of our items broke after the return window, but the vast majority are still working. Be warned it can get addicting.

The atmosphere is relaxed, colorful, and full of character, with cozy lounging spaces that make you want to settle in and stay awhile. Every corner feels like it has something new to discover, whether you're digging through shelves, admiring the displays, or wandering toward another section just to see what's there. I decided to check out the store, while waiting for an appointment down the street. I was really surprised they put out fall things and it seemed like a third of the store had been cleared away and recently well stocked with fall colors, pumpkin themed objects for the kitchen and for parties. I don't go they're all that often, but it seemed like there was either Christmas or fall things and anything for the summer was nearly gone. There were 2-3 aisles of picked over summer things on clearance for 66% off and all the fall things that look like they just put it out. It's quite overwhelming every time I go to Hobby Lobby. There is just so much to see. I find myself having a hard time, figuring out where things are and customers line up to check out. I didn't really see any staff walking around the store to help. I did pick up some craft thing items that I think that they carry all the time however, after a few minutes, I just wanted to get out of the store and I skedaddled. It did appear that almost everything in the store was discounted significantly, so nothing was the price on the package. It does make one feel like they're getting a deal.

I fulfilled a years long dream of having my own draw poker slot machine after a recent visit here!…read more I had no idea we had this gem of a store in Tucson. We rolled in on a Saturday and enjoyed chatting with the gentleman working that day. He was giving us some background on the family owned business, their machines, etc. The one that caught my eye was a classic looking (but modern in that there are no dirty coins) red Game King multi game machine. Took me about 2 minutes and a competitive price tag to say SOLD. My husband came back the following Thursday for pick up and we have had fun with it ever since. I will say that it has only been roughly 6 weeks since we got it and had an issue about 10 days in. My husband called the phone number to a guy named Joe. What I will say is, this guy was patient and did not make my husband feel like a nuisance at all and walked him through troubleshooting over the phone. Some weird thing with the money intake. Still waiting on a call to get on the schedule for a visit to ensure all is right with the machine and get the progressive set up but I like the easy to do business with and 'neighborhood' business vibes of this place already.
