I am writing this review for another location since the Chandler location doesn't have a site yet. All Pawn Nows are good but I have to say, the Pawn Now in Chandler, Dillons store is the best. I've been doing business with Dillon for a while now and he is very courteous; very friendly and professional. Diploma store truly is a hidden gem that must be found on it's own but when it's found it's well worth it. Dillon is the type if guys that will help you out any which way he can. His store is not like the other pawn shops in Chandler which are a little intimidating and make you want to leave the store as soon as you walk in. Dillon makes you feel like a friend and like someone he has known for years. If the surrounding pawn shops were like Dillons store then all the pawn shops would be perfect. I would definitely keep coming to Dillons store if I ever need fast cash. If Dillon would ever leave the company and go to another company, I would take my business wherever he goes because of the high level of professionalism and dedication he shows and gives. These people are awesome! Super personable and suuuuper great at prices and getting you a good price on what you sell or pawn. We always use them whenever we need money or a quick hand of cash then we pawn something quick to get back within the week. They give us the best prices possible, which is always better than other places, and are sooo nice and fun to work with and always know exactly when we will be back and they expect us so they give us the best amount in order to purchase the stuff back. This place is ABSOLUTELY amazing! I was in a rough spot when I had relocated to Phoenix . I fell victim to a housing scam. I needed quick cash so I wasn't on the street with my family for the weekend . I came here just 1 minute before closing . They HAPPILY took me in and helped me out allowing me to pawn and gave me my asking price! I would drive clear across town to come here again if needed . The people are amazing too. This is a great shop. It has new owners now which has made a huge difference in me going there!! The old shop, the people were uninviting and seem too busy to ever help you. Now its almost like QT, they greet you when you go in, and are very helpful. They also have great prices and are willing to wheel n deal, which is great!!! A++++ I don't go anywhere else anymore.
