We brought him in, and the doctors quickly took x-rays and discovered he had a string wrapped around the base of his tongue, which can be very dangerous. The doctors and staff were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding throughout the entire process. They clearly explained the situation and the recommended surgery, but it was unfortunately far outside of what we could afford. When we asked if there were any other options, even if they carried more risk, they took the time to listen and worked with us. They agreed to carefully cut the string under his tongue and allow the remaining piece to hopefully pass on its own. They were honest about the risks, but they respected our situation and helped us pursue the option that gave him a chance while still being financially possible for us. They also gave him anti-nausea medication, fluids, and pain management to support his recovery, and made sure we understood exactly what to watch for at home. I'm so grateful for how kind, nonjudgmental, and caring everyone was during such an emotional and stressful time. It was clear they truly cared about our cat and wanted the best possible outcome while also being respectful of our financial reality. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone facing a pet emergency.

She had a bumpy road to recovery and we wanted her to be seen just to make sure she was improving. Dr. Williams was amazing, very knowledgeable and helpful, and so loving with our fur baby as she recovered. The staff was also very kind to us and to our puppy! I would highly recommend this office!

After her visit there my cat got a cold and when i called to ask about it the receptionist didn't want to answer any of my questions and just tried to make me bring my animal back in to pay well over $100 to be told she's fine ? finally got the girl to ask the doctor about how long minor colds last and what to watch for if it's getting worse but she really didn't want to ask that doctor! crazy since my cat had only been there and around no other animals and there was clearly animal germs all over the room or at least that foam pad. I wasn't gonna leave a review i was just gonna move clinics. i did move clinics recently and when they requested my cats documents, they had put a quote that i said over the phone on a private phone call and only the quote where i said if she was sick it was from their clinic, no quotes from the call with my boyfriend or from the rest of the call just my one comment which is grossly unprofessional and to send that to a new clinic to try and make me look some kind of way as a client is insane!!! my sister works in the field and couldn't believe there was fur all over the room and i am so mad about them putting that in my cats MEDICAL FILE that is not medical information that was a comment i made to the receptionist well she was being rude and uncooperative. not to mention my father also brings his animals here and shortly after that his cat also got a cold from having a visit there. they are not clean and don't care about clients and try and but none medical information in medical files as well as direct quotes from privated calls that's are not related to the medical situation.
