Pawland is amazing! They know toy poodles.

I've been bring my little toy poodle for 9 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The truth is that she is a tough little girl - doesn't let anyone near her face.... Bob and Maya are terrific because they work together to ensure the dogs never get hurt. The best groomers always work in pairs. Considering how much work is involved, the nature of some of these dogs; I find it very inexpensive. All these people that write poor reviews because the owners were busy with dogs, and they thought the red carpet wasn't rolled out for them - need to get a life.

Look at what this place did to my cat!!!

I took my gorgeous Persian cat here to get washed. They quoted $50 for the service. 4.5 hours later when we went to pick him up, he'd been SHAVED. This cat has no fleas or mats. And they billed us $70.00!!! When we asked why the heck they shaved him, they said 'groom' means 'shave' in their culture. On what planet!!! My poor cat's skin looks irritated and fur is uneven and patchy.

Elizabeth Taylor and Chance love PAWLAND!

PAWLAND is the BEST! PERIOD! WE are very...particular...dog owners. We would never take our fur-children to just any place for grooming. These guys truly care about our Elizabeth Taylor and Chance and go above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of... (spoiled). The best grooming, great clothes, carriers and food options. If you have not tried them out...YOU SHOULD!

Owners very rude, my husband and I just buy cat food there only as a last resort. They are often late opening the store, and very unhelpful.

Clean, spacious store. Friendly, laid back staff. The cages look pretty clean. They are well stocked in what I need.

But it seems to have the essentials for stocking up or when you are getting your first pet. They have many adorable puppies & often kittens for sale in the store. Though I would never buy one here so as not to support any puppy or kitten mills. Also, their prices for these puppies & kittens are ridiculous. $1900 for a kitten? Even if it is a pure breed, there are so many animals in shelters looking for homes. I recommend anyone interested in getting a pet to visit a shelter or a store (like Pet Smart) that partners with pet rescues & adopt instead of buying. We got our cat through adopting & he's the most affectionate, smart, polite cat I've ever had!

I hate to say it, but this is where I got my dog...and he's really the best thing ever. I got very…read morevery lucky with Finn. The fact that he's well behaved, healthy and has never shown any signs of a puppy mill is excellent and made me believe in "pet stores" if only for a fleeting second. I will say that I'm not a fan of their other locations - specifically the Square One location...the dogs are to many in a window. When I got Finn he had his one cage/window and the staff was very good with him, and his area was very clean. The staff seem to care a lot about the animals there and they did a check on me and I had to fill out forms to make sure I was a suitable owner, and they were extra vigilant because it was around Christmas. They also mentioned that they refuse to sell or even carry black cats around Halloween and bunnies around easter to assure that the animals are going into the right homes. When I was ready to take Finn home, they gave him a bath and put a free dose of revolution on him. They also helped me pick out the correct crate for his training and threw in some items I would need. He still has his first toy from there - albeit it's beaten up - as that was 3 years ago. As bad as this is going to sound, Finn also came with a "warranty", but it covered any health problem he was born with or anything that he picked up in their care. He also came with a record of his shots and such. I will admit, that warranty came in handy since he was born with a cherry eye that needed surgery and he had picked up a parasite as well as dog lice....yes, he had some health issue, but nothing life threatening, more just annoying. I'm not going to suggest you buy your pet here, or from any pet store....but I will say that pet store animals need good homes too. If you do decided to get your pet from a pet store, this is the one I would go to. On top of selling great animals - they have pictures of all of their animals they have put into good homes around the puppy area as well as at the front cash area - they sell great food, as well as all the supplies you will need.

I arrived to pick up my dog and was disturbed at what happened next. He walked out of the back room not like himself which got my attention right away. I noticed that one of his eyes was not open. At first I thought it may have been a hair in his eye or just water. I took a closer look and noticed a red mark around his eye and looked a little closer. His eye had a foggy glaze over it. I walked back into the store and asked what happened ( keep in mind when I arrived he was still in the back finishing up the cut) they completely pushed it off say it was nothing or it may have been soap. It was not just soap. You would have noticed if something happened to the dog while grooming as he would not stop rubbing his eye with his paw. After losing my mind at this couple for not owning up to the fact that my dog looked like he had just lost an eye and the fact they could not understand English I left. The next morning I headed to the vet. After the first examination I was told that his entire eye received a chemical burn and that his whole eye received an ulcer because of it. I was then sent to an eye specialist for another review. $700 later I called the so called groomers and told them what my cost have been and they are still climbing. I told him that I would be by with the receipts and would expect a full reimbursement for these charges. Of course he said "no... no" I guess that's all he really knows what to say. So I have to take him to court. People like this should not be able to own and operate a business in this country. Please look at my account for a picture of my dog with the dye in his eye showing how much of it was burned. I look forward to seeing this low life in court!! :):) Saved. Thanks!

This time I called them three hours after dropping my dog off to be told that she wouldn't be ready for another three hours. Furious I asked him where she was in the process, he said bath, so I told him to dry my dog I would be coming to pick her up. I got there and she wasn't even bathed. She'd been sitting in a cage for three hours. Completely unacceptable. When I go to pick her up the owner sends the groomer out and wouldn't even come I out to talk to me. Pathetic man knew he'd done something despicable and wouldn't even apologize. I will never go there again,
