They look and smell so nice, everyone just wants to snuggle them! Over the years, I've tried out most of the groomers in this area, and nobody else holds a candle to their customer service. They're always genuinely friendly and professional. I got a hold of Vanessa and have been overly happy ever since. I'm a crazy dog mom, my boy is almost 12 and has syncope . I need him calm and I like when he is happy with his groomer . He loves Vanessa . Thing I love about her is she only has your dog , she doesn't have 4-5 waiting like all the other groomers I have been to. My mom and I bring our dogs and she is done in about 2-2 1/2 hrs , again like other groomers bc there are so many dogs, it has taken 4-5 hrs to pick them up. So she will only have our dogs she gives them water and a bed to rest in . Our dogs aren't crated so I like that they aren't crated by her bc they aren't use to that. When we pick them up they aren't all stressed out like they have been in past. She listens to what we ask for not what she wants , I love that too bc most groomers hear what you want then you pick them up and they look nothing like what you described . We book them every month or so for either groom or clean up and she is very open with dates and times . If you are looking for a new groomer , Vanessa is a great choice :)

Currently my dog is being trained as a service dog, and I was ecstatic that I was able to get him started on his first task in my first session! I feel like they took great care in evaluating my dog for themselves and taking my own experience into consideration. I have been able to use things I've already taught my dog to further his training and it's even made me feel more confident as a dog handler. I love that they're a local business, and that they build a real connection with your pet. My dog who's usually aloof with people enjoys their company and even listens to them when I'm around which NEVER happens. I feel like their training methods are fair, and I like that they explain why they make suggestions for me. They're always willing to answer any of my dumb questions about their recommendations, without being condescending or holier than thou. I've enjoyed working with them so much I've already decided to do sports training and maybe even a board and train. Their prices are affordable which is an uncommon thing with training in chicago. I had a hard time finding someone within my budget, but I don't feel like I receive discount training. I feel like I don't have to be rich to provide training for my dog. All dogs can benefit from training (and all humans since it's usually us who has to make the biggest changes) and I'm so happy I found trainers I trust and can afford right in chicago. They are unethical (lied about the pup and breeder they were supposed to have been in contact with) and incredibly disorganized. They also tried to tell me that puppy raising board and train was equivalent to weekly in-house trainings. Nothing made any sense. I lost $3000 due to their "No refund policy" (they never even met the dog they were supposed to train), but I decided to cut my losses and run instead of staying with them and progressing with whatever program they were going to do. Please learn from my mistakes.

We love how excited he is to go to daycare as well, especially because he'll be put to work. When guests come over he'll now hold place and wait for them to greet them, and be released when calm.
