I feel like I hit the jackpot without leaving home, when I found Paw Minders Plus! I needed to leave town for 3 weeks which left me super stressed. I called and spoke to Mike, he laid out all the specifics and we set a face to face meeting. Mike & Marcia (the owners) showed up to my home and we had a very nice visit. Both Mike & Marcia are retired professionals who truly love animals. We watched as they interacted with our animals, my super shy pup even came out to meet them. When they left our home, my Husband and I felt super comfortable, we signed the paperwork and secured the dates for our trip. We scheduled Paw Minders twice daily (Morning & Evening). Consistently prompt, including a 30 minute minimum with each visit. Mike & Marcia thoroughly cared for our animals & our home with love. (2 dogs, 2 cats & large fish tank). Wow. I never leave reviews but I cannot say enough good things about this company. Mike was very much n top of things and communicated everything about our Dog. While we were out of town our fridge started leaking. Mike called us immediately and informed us of the problem and stated he would try and manage it while we were gone since we were coming home the next day. My husband and I recently went on our honeymoon for 10 days in the Dominican Republic, in addition to our trip we were trying to move at the same time. Mike and Marcia were extremely dependable, and made sure our 3 cats were comfortable in their own home. I have had horrible issues trying to board my cats in clinics, and "pet hotels", and I was so tired of finding out they were left in a tiny cage the entire time we were gone. After having a good friend watch our dogs for 4 weeks we came home to find an awful mess and breach in trust big-time. On top of that our older dog of 13 years passed while we were gone. Mike and Marcia were great! Before signing a contract they came to meet Kitty and get acquainted with her routine.
