Angyla came over to our house for a complimentary meet and greet which is such a great service. It's nice to see your pets interact with someone new. My dogs loved her and my German Shepard mix just sat next to her and demanded pets the whole time!! She even played fetch with my crazy cattle dog and he's very nervous around new people. Angyla took notes and really listened to me about my pets and their quirks. We ended up booking their overnight services for 7 nights and Angyla kept me updated with photos and texts which we really appreciated. I submitted an online request and received a phone call from Tara about an hour later asking about Oliver (my cat), what dates I needed their services, etc. She scheduled a free in-home appointment so I could meet Susie, the woman who would be petsitting for me. Susie came over a day or two later to meet Oliver, pick up my keys, learn his feeding routine, which of his toys he liked best, etc. She was exceptionally nice and seemed to fall in love with Oliver as soon as she met him. While I was gone, Susie texted me to let me know she was feeding or playing with Oliver, and would send me photos each time she visited him. I always feel guilty when I go away on trips and have to leave my cat by himself, but Susie helped alleviate that feeling by sending frequent updates and commenting on behavior that I know she'd only observe if she was really spending time with him. After I returned from my trip, Tara followed up with me to make sure that everything went smoothly while I was away, and to ask if there's anything they could have done to make my experience with them easier or more enjoyable.
