If we humans ever forget how to size someone up, just watch our animals. They knew immediately that Liliana and Eddie were good people, and so did we. Now our only concern is figuring out how we can go away more often! We couldn't feel better about leaving our furry family in their care. All eight of us highly recommend Liliana and Eddie!

I feel like I hit the jackpot without leaving home, when I found Paw Minders Plus!…read more I needed to leave town for 3 weeks which left me super stressed. This led to an extensive search for the perfect pet sitter with excellent reviews. I'm very particular about the care of my animals and of course, handing over the keys to my home! I started by calling each recommendation around Henderson. Two days later..... I found Paw Minders Plus- 13 years in business, bonded and insured! I called and spoke to Mike, he laid out all the specifics and we set a face to face meeting. Mike & Marcia (the owners) showed up to my home and we had a very nice visit. Both Mike & Marcia are retired professionals who truly love animals. We watched as they interacted with our animals, my super shy pup even came out to meet them. When they left our home, my Husband and I felt super comfortable, we signed the paperwork and secured the dates for our trip. We scheduled Paw Minders twice daily (Morning & Evening). Consistently prompt, including a 30 minute minimum with each visit. Mike & Marcia thoroughly cared for our animals & our home with love. (2 dogs, 2 cats & large fish tank). Daily updates and pictures of everyone! :) Mike & Marcia will do things "your way" just ask, they never miss a beat! What a wonderful feeling, to return home after a long trip to find happy animals and my home just the way I left it. The best in the business in my humble opinion!

I submitted an online request and received a phone call from Tara about an hour later asking about Oliver (my cat), what dates I needed their services, etc. She scheduled a free in-home appointment so I could meet Susie, the woman who would be petsitting for me. Susie came over a day or two later to meet Oliver, pick up my keys, learn his feeding routine, which of his toys he liked best, etc. She was exceptionally nice and seemed to fall in love with Oliver as soon as she met him. While I was gone, Susie texted me to let me know she was feeding or playing with Oliver, and would send me photos each time she visited him. I always feel guilty when I go away on trips and have to leave my cat by himself, but Susie helped alleviate that feeling by sending frequent updates and commenting on behavior that I know she'd only observe if she was really spending time with him. After I returned from my trip, Tara followed up with me to make sure that everything went smoothly while I was away, and to ask if there's anything they could have done to make my experience with them easier or more enjoyable. Definitely a nice, appreciated touch. Overall, my experience with Gals on the Go was extremely positive. I'd use them again, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a petsitter. I can't speak to the other services that they provide as I haven't used them yet, but I'd definitely be open to trying them!

A one stop shop for all your pet and house service needs with outstanding customer service!…read more I was previously with another waste removal service that I loved but they had billing issues using QuickBooks. With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. We have only ever boarded our dogs since we moved to Las Vegas and I didn't like them being left alone at night in a kennel. I think it just adds to their stress of you already being gone. So I searched for an in home sitter to make things easier for our two dogs and two cats. These two are excellent at what they do and have the calm nature your pets will respond well to. Angyla came over to our house for a complimentary meet and greet which is such a great service. It's nice to see your pets interact with someone new. My dogs loved her and my German Shepard mix just sat next to her and demanded pets the whole time!! She even played fetch with my crazy cattle dog and he's very nervous around new people. Angyla took notes and really listened to me about my pets and their quirks. We ended up booking their overnight services for 7 nights and Angyla kept me updated with photos and texts which we really appreciated. My son missed his cats and she sent photos of them which he appreciated!! Their rates are very reasonable and our house was very clean and our pets were so happy when we got home. The biggest compliment came from my husband who said this was the most relaxed he has been on vacation in a long time and I give Hey Buddy ALL the credit for that. I have to add that Angyla walked my dogs every day and they are strong pullers and can be reactive! She impressed the heck out of me doing that.
