Kim and her team are so Caring, patient and careful with their clients furbabies. They always do an amazing job on my terrier mix. She has been coming to them since she was just a few months old and she loves it there. Great Communication and they are always accommodating. I take my other 2 for nail trims and one is a drama diva who acts as if she is being tortured. They use 2-3 people to do her nails and comfort her as best they can while being so gentle is trimming her nails. Would 100% recommend because I know my babies will be loved and cared For as if they were their own read more

My furbaby has 7 blisters on her back!!! I only went because a co-worker is a friend of the owner. The appointment took 6 HOURS because a groomer called in sick. Then the owner accused my baby of being a rehab dog and told me she charged me extra for my baby being "difficult" while simultaneously boasting how great and experienced she is with difficult rehab dogs. All of that would have been bad enough and I would have just left it at that and not left a review. But, I discovered 7 different blisters on my baby. I don't know what they're from, allergic reaction to their shampoo or what. read more

There are not enough stars to give that would accurately represent what these amazing ladies do. My dog, abused, rescued and left to rot in multiple shelters for close to 2 years, was not a fan of groomers or water to say the least. Then, Kim sat on the floor at the front door to make my dog comfortable and feel welcomed, I knew this was the place for my baby. Before I knew it, she was getting a soapy bath and massage (Would make anyone jealous!) They took such amazing care of her and she looked, felt, smelled and acted so much better. I can not thank Kim and her staff enough. We will be back for sure! read more

I absolutely love this place. After being there I realize our dogs should be excited for grooming instead of stopping their feet and refusing to enter. My Roxie is scared of everything and they made her love the experience. Once I found Kim's, I haven't ever second guessed that she is in good hands. I highly recommend and I am a forever client. read more

Tried these gals out for first time and LOVED them! They got us in quick for a little "touch up", and did a GREAT job! So friendly, and our older little fur baby seemed to love it (lot quieter, less chaotic than one we've been using for a few years). We'll definitely be back! I'll try to add photo later from my phone :-) read more

All I have to say is wow! Kim and her daughter are absolutely amazing and kind people who genuinely love animals. Kim was recommended to me by my employer who rescues/fosters dogs and has taken multiple dogs there. My little girl Freya has high anxiety and I have a hard time just getting her to leave the house still. Kim specializes in rescue dogs and their special needs. It's so true! This women is amazing. I stayed with my pup for a little while so she didn't freak out and Kim was so kind and gentle towards her. She really wanted to make sure her first experience being groomed was a calm one. I truly appreciated that. After her bath and a light blow dry I felt comfortable leaving her at that point since I knew she was in good hands. About two hours later she was ready and she looked beautiful! Freya has the crazy border collie hair and she was trimmed up so nicely. My little girl looked perfect! After this experience I can't imagine going anywhere else. If you have a special needs pup like mine then definitely check out Kim's Passion For Paws. Her kindness towards my dog really stood out to me and her prices are exceptionally fair. Great experience and my little Freya is so soft and fluffy! read more

My dog, Honey, isn't mean, she's just reactive after being confiscated from an unfit home. No one would groom her, but Kim's business is exactly for dogs like Honey. They are treated with patience and kindness, and she works to build relationships to encourage a safe and welcoming environment. Very much recommend, even for your dogs that aren't reactive! read more

"Kim's Passion For Paws" is not only the name of this business, it is the company's credo and owner Kim's true passion. Not only did they do an OUTSTANDING job grooming and pampering my son (4-legged variety of course) but Kim and her staff truly have a deep passion and love for every paw that walks in to get bathed and/or groomed. Prices are more than competitive and your dog will get a personal touch that tends to get lost at your large chain store establishments. I'll never go anywhere else in Vegas for my son's grooming needs. Kudos to Kim and her staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...A+++...5 STARS ALL AROUND! Additionally, not only does Kim have the most passion I've seen from any groomer, she genuinely cares about the people who care for their pawed family members. Recently, I dropped off my 4-legged son, Wicket, for a groom early in the morning and she was making care packages loaded with food, treats, toys, sweaters for the cold, etc. for homeless and needy pets. She has a great pulse on our community's less fortunate/homeless pets and will bend over backwards to help such cases. I can't stress enough how she truly cares about your 4-legged family member and will treat them as if they were her own. I support her fully and bring Wicket to her every time even when it takes 2 RTC buses and at least 1.5 hours to get there...she's THAT good, compassionate, and not to mention talented...totally worth it. @ Brittany B. RE-Monica B Review. I personally observed & examined raw, red patches (many have reported this same issue and concern regarding their pets; after more than even one complaint, your establishment should do their due diligence as to why???) developed on my daughter's dog shortly after her all day (6 hr) grooming visit. This dog has had several different groomers and never experienced this reaction. Upon reviewing all of your responses from negative reviews, it's evident that you & Kim are experts @ diversion, not directly answering/addressing legitimate concerns, or accepting any blame on your part. Take under advisement to monitor your back office hygiene/sanitation. Hopefully none of your clients reach out to the local SPCA to inspect your facility, since you do service rescue dogs. Respectfully this is constructive criticism that should not be viewed as negative.. read more

Whatever you do, don't go here. The groomer absolutely bitches the job. along with that after complaining about the cut, tried to blackmail us. saying "good luck getting your dogs groomed without getting them hurt". this is insane behavior that shouldn't be tolerated. avoid this place at all costs, i would give it 0 stars if i could. read more

I took my dog here twice for grooming . The first time I picked her up she had a very strong fragrance on her . I figured it was too strong for my dog because about a half hour after we left from the groomer my dog started scratching herself raw and had red patches developing all over her . I took my dog to the vet instead of back to the groomer, because I wanted professional advice and treatment. She was treated for a skin irritation. I figured this might have happened because she was cut so low and the fragrance was too strong for her . I notified Kim and decided to give this place another try . Also I'd like to mention the first time I took my dog here for grooming it took about 5-6 hours. I decided to pop in to check on her because I hadn't heard from Kim at all during that time . I walked in and just observed for about 10-15 minutes I guess no one heard me come in . Kim was a noticeably irritated that I just showed up her reasoning was my dog could have smelled my scent and could be accidentally cut if my dog tried to run to me . She mentioned she did a rescue animal that day that was very difficult and that's why it took so long . I did observe some things while I was there that are subjective so I will not mention it . I did decide to give this place another try . When I picked her up the second time Kim raved about how she only sprayed her scarf to avoid irritation. When my dog was walked up to the front I noticed she had another dogs dirty collar on her and no scarf . I did point that out and asked for the harness she came in with and returned the collar . After we got home about half hour later the same exact thing happened she developed red patches all over and was scratching herself raw . I did notify Kim and she insinuated that it could possibly be the shampoo I was using at home or the food she was eating . My dog eats what her vet recommends and uses the same shampoo since she was a puppy . She is now almost 2 years old . I have taken her to another groomer and this never happened before . It was uncomfortably warm in her establishment the second time I picked my dog up . Kim has a very big personality and dominates the conversation making it very hard to get to the bottom of what happened . I will not be returning to this establishment and I'd advise you to pay close attention to your pet if you decide to try this place out although I would not recommend it . read more

Took our foster dog here and we could not be more happy with our experience!!! Our foster dog had a quick haircut at AF bc he was sooo matted. He still had knots in his ears and face when we got him. Kim was so patient and understanding. Our little guy must've had a bad experience before because he was frightened of the clippers and would howl and whine (we saw the video). Kim and her daughter took the time to gain his trust and make him feel comfortable. He came out looking like a brand new dog!!! Thank you Kim! read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I was hoping to look for a mom and pop shop because I know they'll take good care of my doggy!! I recently moved here from San Francisco. And let me tell ya, this place is a hidden gem for sure. They always respond to texts with in 24 hours. I've been going here since November and my dog is always so happy to be there. They never disappoint and I'm so glad I found this place. They also have a little separate play pen so the dogs aren't stuck in cages like majority of these groomer places. They also keep the space very nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Kim is amazing! She is so patient and caring with the animals. My two little wild things will try your patience for sure! Bella is very vocal and grooming little Madigan is no easy task... she's afraid of everything so it's a battle from start to finish, but kim was so calming and talked to her through the whole thing. She looks great and even had kisses for kim! Same with Kim was just so understanding I would not take my dog any where else! read more

Kim is amazing!! First time my baby went to the groomers and she loves her! Ariel was bathed in about 4 hours because she's 40lb Husky, all white fur and mostly undercoating hair. They use so many shampoos and conditioners on her because of the thickness of her fur but alas was done! I picked her up and she was mostly dry and had fur shaking out of her every pet she got. I will be coming back soon! Thank you for getting her sparkly white! read more

I've been looking for a groomer for my senior baby-girl that we love and is close to home. The search is over! Kim specializes in senior & special needs dogs. She and her staff will literally bend over backward to make your pup feel comfortable and safe. She spent 15 minutes on the phone asking questions and really listened to my concerns & instructions. AND for the same price I was paying somewhere else (where Lola was shaking as I parked in front of the place and didn't want to get out of the car). I really feel like Kim cares about your pup as if it were her own. She did a great job and sent me texts and pics: "Hi Lola did great and really enjoyed her massage during her bath. We started her grooming on the floor and then finished her on the table on low. She is such a sweetheart and is ready for you when you get off work." I highly recommend her if you have a senior dog! read more

Kim came to the rescue for our rescue. Literally. Three days after pulling the sweetest little Yorkie off the kill list for The Animal Foundation, I rushed her in to see Kim for a fix up. Goldie the Yorkie had been shaved down due to severe matting. She was also suffering from end-stage chronic ear infection in both ears, itchy paws, a fungal infection around her genitals, and one really really awful haircut. Cutting a dog as matted as Goldie was is considered a health issue, so while I understand why the shelter did it, they did a terrible job. Also, poor Goldie was stinky and filthy. Kim went out of her way to get Goldie in right away, and I could tell the moment we walked in that this sweet girl was in good hands. Kim took her in with a warm blanket and soothed her, and when I went to pick Goldie up a few hours later she looked calm and her beautiful fur was in much better shape. Though Kim couldn't save her terrible haircut, she shaved her down and made her even, taking extra care around Goldies infected ears. We are so thankful for Kim to come to the rescue's rescue! read more

Brought my dog once at like 9 am with an appt already scheduled didn't get a call . I called and was told he wasn't ready I showed up around 5 pm my dog still was not yet showered or groomed . owner was smoking a cigarette and drinking coffee . I than told her I would just take my dog somewhere else because she had him in the cage and stated he was fine and they were feeding him fries and cheeseburger which was not allowed by me . I than told her I would take him . She went inside and started holding him down with the daughter to cut his hair . I was very upset I still paid her but I left my dog for 8 hours and she did not do anything until I got there she went inside . It was unprofessional. I do not recommend it in my personal opinion . You can definitely tell that Kim and her daughter genuinely love and care for animals by the way they interact with them and the rescues and fundraising they're involved in. I was worried about preserving Harvey's coat due to shaving him down when we first adopted him from the shelter and Kim's daughter was knowledgeable on his breed and his coats maintenance it was awesome because not everyone knows what his breed even is lol Love this place I'm not worried about leaving Harvey in their care because I know they treat my fur baby with love and respect like i would! Kim and Brittany are the absolute best at what they do. We've taken numerous foster dogs and of course our babies and each time, they are beyond patient and kind to every dog. They treat your babies as if they are their own and take whatever time they need to to make them feel comfortable and safe. Whenever we take our shepherd for her monthly grooming, she forgets all about us and is immediately so excited for her day at the "spa". There are not enough good things I can say about Kim and Brittany!
