I trained seeing eye dogs for the blind, so my dog is well trained. Starts with them saying they will call me after her evaluation. They don't. I had to reach out to them. When I asked how peeps did, they said she was timid. Which is fine. They hve webcams. So I checked them, peeps was sitting by the door with 25+ other dogs and had zero interaction with humans the entire time I watched. They just had a lady come to clean up after the babies when they went potty. Not ok if you ask me. But I said it was just for the day. I checked the cams 4 times. Same thing everytime. Was 5 min late. They text 6 min before I arrived and said they were going to keep her overnight. I'm not from this town and said absolutely not and had to bribe them to let me pick her up. When I got there, they had lost her bowls. She only drinks a ceramic bowls, not metal ones and I looked in her bag to notice. They had not fed her at all. Her wet food was untouched. So I am going to assume they didn't feed her cause she was starving. She's too scared to drink out of metal bowls. I specified that she needs her own bowls or won't eat and drink. so I don't think she was given water or food the entire day. I am overly disturbed by this careless action. They said it had never happened before. But somehow I don't believe it. Not sure how they are still in buisness. Here is a text from them after I left being fucking livid. Idiots. Consistently prompt, including a 30 minute minimum with each visit. Mike & Marcia thoroughly cared for our animals & our home with love. (2 dogs, 2 cats & large fish tank).
