Sprayed paver sealant on stainless steel & masonry in BBQ island, couldn't fix it & refused to apologize. Then blamed us for damage resulting from their cleaning instructions. Refused any responsibility for their employee who used the exact same process AND stained the pavers he had originally cleaned. Walked off job without giving us a chance to review work & owner didn't follow up until we emailed our dissatisfaction. An apology for the staining and inconvenience would've gone a long way. What I got was denial, blame and an attack on my integrity. They know how to do their work. They know less about taking reasonable care in their work. They know nothing about accountability and customer service. Stay away. read more

Two years ago I had my patio and decking remodeled. I was told the travertine tile would need to be cleaned and resealed in 2 years. I contacted Shane and received a prompt quote for the job. It was cleaned and after properly drying, the employee doing the work came back filing the missing grout and re-sealed the entire area. It looks great and has restored the color and shine as good as it ever was. They were great to work with, answered all questions and performed the service making my patio and decking look great. ESTIMATE Shane responded promptly to my email request for an estimate and showed up promptly the next day at the agreed time. He gave me a firm price and a firm start date( which is sometimes difficult with weather ). I was impressed with his knowledge of the process and knew from my own experience he was proposing all the required steps. Some power wash companies skip steps ( like only doing a power wash or not spreading new sand before the sealing ) and might charge less but all the steps are necessary for a job that lasts a while. Shane guarantees his work for a year. Based on the work he did and the great appearance, I suspect it will last several years at least. THE WORK Shane is meticulous and made sure all the old sealer was totally removed. He communicated the progress well and made sure I understood what to expect at each step. He was very easy to work with and was very careful to protect our house( barriers ) and vehicles( tarps ) during the process. He also completely cleaned up all the street debris in front of our house and three houses down from us. BOTTOM LINE Shane is all about making sure the customer is totally happy and works diligently to achieve it. My pavers have never looked better and I'm totally happy with the work. I hired Shane's PaveCleaner service and had a less than premium service. Having pavers cleaned and sealed several times in our home in Florida, I was familiar with the process, products and results. The quote was almost 3 times of the Florida pave experience but i can not fuss about that as i accepted the price and felt that at the price it would be a premium experience but that didn't happen. After accepting, the technician appeared on the day scheduled in a less than attractive vehicle and proceeded to clean the pavers. i asked if he needed the garage doors up but he said no, he was fine. Of course, i found a two foot area of mud in both and after he departed i proceeded to clean the epoxied floors. I then proceeded to view the work and noticed that my landscape lights had been torn from the ground by the hoses and that the drip lines around the bases were pulled up... Also, his truck had leaked rust all over the street and curb. He returned on day 2 just to clean that up and did a partial job... He returned on the day of sealing, and sanded and sealed the pavers. Nice job spreading the sand and then spraying the sealer. Although, the color promised would be a wet dark look was just a sand look when finished. The technician was then asked to finish cleaning the street area again to prevent any fines for the stain in the street of the association. This type of neglect and damage should not occur and should not have to be called back to repair. Very disappointed with the look after spending $2281 to seal 2282 sq feet of paver.
