Buyer beware! Our…read moreyard service, Francysco's Landscaping, just quit when the pavers that they were repairing from our tree that fell over a few weeks ago were not leveled and left with large gaps between pavers. We told him this was unacceptable and he quit on the spot. Pavers are a service that they advertise on their truck that they provide. Apparently that is to their satisfaction and not the paying customer. He charges an outrageous amount and then wonders why you expect quality. We also asked him to fix a valve that was constantly running and over watering our palo verde and he fixed the wrong one. We told him it was still running (which he should have verified before leaving), so he said he must have fixed the wrong valve. His solution was to come back and remove valves that I didn't want removed only to have to come back and undo that work, that was neither needed or approved. Then he has the audacity to try to charge me for that work! Stay away from anyone that charges a fortune by overestimating the cost to do a job and then does not stand behind their work.

He didn't try to upsell or act too fake or flattering like some of the salespeople at other companies do. We communicated mostly over email with Jeana, who was kind and responsive as well. The install went very smoothly and only took an hour or so. My only downside was that it took about a week longer than we were told to have it completed, and I had to reach out via email a few times to get updates instead of being updated. But Joe listened to my feedback and told me how the process works waiting for materials. I also sent them photos of some marks on the counter I thought I saw, and they sent someone out to clean and buff it and make it like new again. The paperwork and payment were all online so it was very easy to do. Overall a smooth process and good work done.

Highly recommended for all of your tile and grout needs!…read more The owner Josh came by our house to evaluate and give us an estimate for our granite counters and shower. It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. We will definitely use them again for all our future tile and grout needs!

That said, I want to acknowledge AZSC Service Manager Marcus and one of his outstanding technicians, Tony. Further, I want to take a moment to than the Owner Lawrence for assembling a team that still remembers that "the customer pays their paycheck." Obviously, they both realize it takes more money to generate a new customer, than to maintain their most valuable asset, a current customer. More specifically, Lawrence was my contact when I needed their services for my home. It would be challenging to meet a more down-to-earth and knowledgeable individual. In this day and time. Can you imagine a service provider calling for permission to be a few minutes early? Further, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very conscientious. As a veteran and currently in Law Enforcement, I will go out of my way to speak of AZSD at each opportunity I am presented with. In closing, thank you for taking a very challenging and personal project and making easy and cost-effective. I can certainly understand why AZSC is recognized as the leader in its field. My congratulations to the company for that hard-earned recognition. Please, if anyone is considering a service of this type, either commercial and / or residential, I highly recommend you take the time to allow them to review your project. My impression from Lawrence is regardless of the size of the job, it will be executed accurately, timely and at a competitive price.
