The real reason I give them a 2-star rating is because of their service department. After you get the walkthrough, you are taken to the service manager who reviews everything for you. He then says, "We ask you to bring the boat in after 10-20 runtime hours to make sure that everything is ok." What he doesn't tell you is that there is a $400+ charge for that "ask." Again, he never said it was part of the sale, but the way he says it makes you think that the first service is part of the sale. (I actually walked in on him giving the exact same speech to another customer when I went to pick up my boat. I wanted to warn the new owner that this wasn't free.) I confronted him with this, and he kinda smiled and said, "Yeah, I see how you could perceive that." I told him well played, but that I would be looking elsewhere for service in the future(my labor cost was $259 for basically nothing). Fool me once...
